   Popped in holland & barrett after our trip to the mall as my boyfriend had some points to redeem. He had £3 off which could probably get you a carrier bag in this shop? Lol x It is an expensive yet nice shop. Always nicely presented and very clean. We ended up just buying a few cans of drink and were on our way. My boyfriend said it smelt like aniseed, not sure if that’s a good thing or not?

   Good store with a good range of stock. Shelves are well stocked, only a handful of time have i gone in and the item(s) I wanted have been out of stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is bright, tidy and clean. Can be hard to manoeuvre with a pushchair or wheelchair if it is on the busier side.

   Holland and Barrett in mall is in perfect location, they always have offer for multi vitamins, organic products etc. This store in cribbs causeway Bristol is inside mall so one can grab vitamin and organic products after shopping around.

   I work for H&B and if my staff didn't acknowledge the customers or asked if they needed any help I would be appalled. I walked around the store for a good 5 mins looking at products that I don't have in my store and at no time did one member of the staff come from behind the counter too see if I needed any help. They were too busy chatting. They didn't even acknowledge me as I walked out

   I have always had such good service, friendly and helpful customer service from Holland and Barrett as I have been a member with them for years and always shop with them. This was not the case yesterday evening at the Cribbs Causeway branch when I was trying to buy some Aloe Vera tablets. They did not have enough stock but her attitude was so haughty, she clearly did not want to help or assist me at all, she was reluctant and was quite rude and insulting and started shouting about the penny sale - what a rude woman. Not the normal standard of service I. have come to expect from Holland and Barrett at all.
