   The Jhoots in Patchway, is in my opinion, amazing! The Pharmacist, I think his name is Matthew, us probably the most helpful, kindest Pharmacist I have ever come across, in over 40 yrs using pharmacies. A massive difference to the jhoots in stoke gifford attached to the stoke gifford surgery, who I am ecstatic to have left in the dust!, and is, in my the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to surgeries or pharmacies!. Jhoots in Patchway is superb!, and I am so grateful to have found them. Cannot thank Matthew and his staff, who are all equally as helpful as him (I should add!), I feel they are 100% reliable and as helpful as they can be.

   if it was possible to give a zero star option that would be best as the service i’ve had this morning has been nothing short of horrendous! whoever I spoke with didn’t have one ounce of sympathy for my situation and was short and lacked any decent customer service skills! do not go here

   Literal awful service, Had to wait too long in the freezing cold just to be told that what I needed needed to be signed for (Toothpaste) dont bother coming here and take a trip to tesco.

   I've used this service for many years and the current chemist "Matthew" always goes above and beyond. He helped me out massively following a stroke, he's a class act. I'm also happy to say that all of his staff work to his same high standards. Polite, Courteous, Professional. Definitely 5-star for all of them.

   Though I do not use this pharmacy to get medication, I am impressed with the value for money of the items sold. The prices are competitive with local supermarkets, and the staff are friendly. It would be even better if they had more stock, as sometimes there are gaps on the shelves.
