Haven’t been here for a while kids had a great time nice to see it all re vamped and some new things there! Only thing I’d like to moan about is the cleanliness of the toilets definitely need to be more on top of it, they had a great choice of drinks snacks food etc but Β£3.20 for a Dr Pepper it’s disgusting!!

Great place for children to have fun!! However, I would say the noise, size and business of the venue can be very overwhelming for some - even adults. Lots of staff about. Refreshments/cafe available in area for waiting adults. Bring your own socks with grippy spots on or you'll be charged Β£3 for children using the venue. If i were to make a suggestion to owners it would be to have separate toilets for adults and children.

Used to be an amazing place. The setup and facilities are still great, but the staffing and wait times have gone downhill. Most staff are polite and friendly, but they seem to have no training in what to do when things go wrong. Responses are short, there’s little empathy, and where they used to be warm and helpful, they now feel cold and dismissive. A perfect example is the β€œtick-box” safety process. No one really wants a safety briefing β€” they just want to have fun β€” but both at check-in and at the entry gate, staff simply said, β€œJust look at the camera and give a thumbs up so they know you’ve been briefed,” without giving any actual briefing. At the gate they even cut the video halfway through because of queues. Not a complaint about the fun, but that really shouldn’t be happening. Food was another issue. We ordered at 12:11 and it never arrived. After chasing three times, we eventually had to ask for a refund at 13:25… which apparently can’t even be done on site and has to be sent to someone else to process. Overall: great facilities, but bring your own food (everyone else seemed to ignore the β€œno outside food” signs), and don’t expect much help if something goes wrong.

Great place, great facilities BUT not something you can afford to go to every month! If you have more than one kid. Pricing really need to be reevaluated. Could do with adding water station rather than the Β£1.80 plastic water bottle.

Great fun and good exercise! More than just a room ful of trampolines, worth checking out if you're into energetic activities. If you've got kids below 1.2m, they'll miss out on the slides and some other features, still lots to do though.

I had never been here before. I took my nephew for his 10th birthday. He really loved it. You only get an hour but it's enough time to try all the bounce options. My nephew wants to go again. There's an upstairs cafe and seating area for refreshments, we just had some slushies. Mainly young children and not much staff direction. Turn up a little early as you have to watch a short video about health and safety, only lasted a couple of minutes. Would go again. Socks cost about Β£5 each person. Lockers are free.

We were with high expectations after our visit to the Ninja warrior in Cardiff. Much more kids as expected but still good fun for at least half an hour of bouncing and running around. My favourites were the slam dunk area and the beam fight were you can try to be the last one standing. No shower facilities and a bit too hot in summer so maybe they could improve the air con system.

Great place. There are lots of different choices where you can decide which to try. It is for all ages both children and adults, you can go with a date or friends. There are facilities for also the people that are not participating in the event.
