“Had a great time staying here! The owner, Sharon and Glyn, were super welcoming right from when I arrived and made me feel right at home. The room was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, and equipped with good WiFi. Even though it's on a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The whole place was clean and tidy, and I loved having the dining area with a microwave, kettle, and fridge to use. Breakfast was simple but good with cereals, bread, tea, coffee, and juice available. All in all, a really comfy and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend!”

“I want to thank the Build a Bear staff for a lovely experience. I'm autistic, and Bluey is one of my special interests. When BaB announced a Bluey line, I was really excited, but a bit worried about going in to the shop- I'm a bit too old to like Bluey really, and was worried I might get some funny looks. I ordered my Muffin plushie as a click and collect as a bit of an experiment to see if I thought I could handle going in to the shop to make a bear. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat, staff were quick to ask if I needed anything, speedy, and very helpful. I went home very happy, and with a lovely Muffin plushie. I went back a few weeks later to make my Bluey and Bingo bears. I was quite worried, so decided to go a bit later in the day in the hopes that the store would be a bit quieter (I went on a weeknight, at about 7pm, and there were only one or two other people in the shop). I wore my sunflower lanyard, so a member of staff came over and quietly asked if they could help me with anything. They explained the whole process to me, and pointed out all the different stations so I could go at my own pace in the right order. I assume staff have to ask quite a few questions about add-ons and extras, but I really appreciated that nobody pushed me when I said no, I'd just like the bears. Staff were very patient with me, making sure I was 100% happy with each bear before I moved on, and asking questions about which parts of the experience I'd like to do and any bits I'd like to skip. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I now have three lovely Bluey plushies that will be treasured for a long time to come. Thank you very much to all the staff; my experience was so much less stressful than I was expecting, and you have made a big Bluey fan very happy indeed ❤️”

“I recently dined in yesterday around 7:30pm , and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional food and the lovely atmosphere. The staff truly went above and beyond to make the evening enjoyable. However, a large and disruptive group unfortunately overshadowed the experience. They were not only loud and impatient, but also behaved in a very disrespectful and even racist manner towards the staff, shouting at them and demanding immediate service regardless of the wait. It was disheartening to see them follow the staff around and create such a negative atmosphere. Despite these challenges, the restaurant staff handled everything with professionalism and grace, and I commend them for their dedication. I still recommend the restaurant for its fantastic cuisine and the hardworking team.”

“An amazing experience if you find anything to do with planes interesting. Spent 3 hours there and could have done more but had another event to attend. There was an amazing amount of history in one place on how aerospace evolved over the years. If you find planes and their history interested this is definitely one to go to! Highly recommmend it!”
