   Incredibly rude. The blonde woman left me a message with no name, number, caller ID, or pharmacist and then blamed me for not getting back to them when I went into the store - I didn’t know who had called! Made me feel bad for not ordering my prescription earlier (this was an emergency script) when it was a genuine mistake. Considering how strict they are with their 4pm closing time, they sure do ask some stupid and pointless questions to drag out their ‘assistance’.

   I love this pharmacy! They went out of their way to source me some IVF drugs which they sell non-for-profit. All the staff (I met 3) were really great. Friendly. Brilliant. This might become my chosen pharmacy even though it’s miles from where I live. Thank you!

   Lack of experience. No clue how to process E-prescription. Blame on customer. Not even willing to try... Went to Boots Pharmacy, 5min job done.

   Pharmacy staff are rude and they can not accept when they messed up your prescription, simple apology at least will be nice some times, look's like they all need to be send to training on how to deal with customer.
