My prescription is quite high, and over the years I’ve become a more nervous customer, but the team at Specsavers Cribbs Causeway has been outstanding. They took the time to listen to me and put an action plan in place that truly allayed my fears. Thank you so much, you are all amazing!

   Very efficient service, kind staff members who happily chatted with my chatty 6yo throughout the pre assessment and afterwards. The initial screening lady checked in with him after his eye test too which was a lovely touch.

   We came to the store with a prescription from a Behavioural Optometrist and were led to believe that the store would be able to provide glasses for my son. We chose frames, were measured and paid. We got back to our car only to receive a phone call saying that No, Specsavers wouldn’t produce the prescription. We went to Vision Express and had the glasses in days. My husband and I will be swapping over to Vision Express too, it was a far better experience all round.

   Excellent communication prior to the appointment and lots of flexibility regarding dates and times for the appointment. Very friendly and helpful staff during my visit and a good choice of sensibly priced frames and lenses. Options were explained clearly but not in a pushy way.

   Great service and lovely frames, but I was really disappointed that all the plastic ones got badly misshaped once the lenses were fitted. The staff kindly offered adjustments, but that only made them pinch and sit awkwardly – I’d had the same problem with previous pairs, which even gave me headaches. I was told this was “normal” for plastic frames, but I’ve never had this issue with other opticians. In the end they offered me a refund straight away, which I appreciated, though I’m sad to lose the frames I spent so long choosing

   Took my 91 yo mother-in-law this afternoon for a hearing test. Alina the audiologist was patient and professional. Making sure we understood every aspect. I would also like to mention that M-i-L had new glasses about 2 months ago but wasn't getting on with separate glasses for distance and reading. The lenses have been swapped for bifocals, no problem. Everyone we met at Specsavers in The Mall was brilliant. Helpful, patient and caring.

   After a depressing visit to Vision express who seemed unable to give any advice at all, I wandered down to Specsavers and what a difference. T he lady who helped me was so attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We arrived at a choice of 3 pairs which she kindly priced up. With the offers they have, it was at a price I felt I could afford. But what I was most impressed with was how helpful and patient she was and how much advice she was able to give me.

   Staff are very friendly and happy to help. Especially Rachel, she served us and helped us from start to finish. Very friendly and happy to take her time and talk through everything without rushing us into a decision. On the whole a very good experience and we will visit this specsavers again for our next eye test. Good range of glasses here. Very very happy!!
