   Decent food, however long wait. Restaurant was dirty, no clean tables. The first man who we ordered with got our noodles and asked what toppings. But then walked away. Quantity of the toppings was very sparse. And charged extra for a very small spoon of duck. Very rude service when we went to pay. The lady who served us was very rude, kept asking us what was ordered. We explained, she kept repeating the question and then ran off to speak to other staff. Very unwelcoming. The trays the food is served on had an old tatty sticker, not very hygienic. And the drinks were given over filled so went all over the trays. Won’t be coming back to this chopstix !

   Don’t bother to order from them online.. orders are always messed up, never received what Ive ordered.. the portions are becoming ridiculously small as well. Very much overpriced for the value you’re getting..

   It was really clean and a good selection of food. It was my first time and Rebecca was really helpful in explaining how it all works. She was a breath of fresh air and gave me some good tips. I’ll definitely come back.

   AMAZING RESTAURANT AND SERVICE ESPECIALLY FROM GABBY! The food is delicious and the designs on the boxes are perfectly crafted. If i could rate 6 stars i would!! I would recommend eating here 10/10 times as the diverse options are amazing not to mention the service is instant taking less than a minute to have your food prepared.

   Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a collection via just eat. When we arrived just before pick up time and after a 10 minute wait in the queue. The order hadn't been noticed, no apology just they would prepare the order. When I got home there was 2 dips and Teriyaki beef was missing. There was no mention of these missing items or asked what replacement we would like. When we got the food home both rice dishes were burnt and the chicken dishes was over cooked. I tried to call 3 times with no answer, so we picked out what looked editable but unfortunately the food tasted burnt so we all had to find something else. Very disappointed as we wasted £47 on this meal. Check your food carefully if you order though just eat and collecting as they are not interested if you have a bad meal sold to you. They tell you you should check each dish for quality which is ridiculous when you have 20 dishes. Will not be using this store again. Do not expect any response from this company when they ask you to email head office. I was told area manager would investigate and contact me. Still waiting.

   The food was rather nice, especially when you consider the price of it. The service was a bit rubbish, they got a couple of things wrong and had a few things unavailable, but the staff were polite and helpful. There are small tables to sit at, but this is the type of place you go to for a quick bite whilst shopping, rather than someone to relax.

   They are too slow in serving, I assume they believe people come to their shop when there is no work , its in busy location they should add additional staffs. Poor service, food is fine.
