   We organised a visit to Hokkaido Island Japan for 10 days through Lee Munn - Travel Councellors. The actual detailed tour was put together by Inside Japan Tours. I gave lot of information to Lee about what we wanted to do, how we wanted to travel and the sorts of things that interested us. Generally we were very happy with both Lee and Inside Japan Tours. Both were very supportive and the day to day support that we received from Inside Japan Tours through their hotline support team was very responsive and impressive. Hotels were all good, the rental car was very good and the two guides that we used were excellent. The tour agenda was well constructed and the content was generally clear and it all worked out well. Areas of improvement: Inside Japan Tours could have suggested/recommended more places of interest and restaurants along the way but in the end we used google searches to help us where we wanted to know more. Overall I would highly recommend both Lee Munn - Travel Councellors and Inside Japan Travel.

   Lee is very professional, gives an excellent service, replies very swiftly to any query, and on the phone sounds like a jolly nice person. I have booked several holidays with him, including one which ultimately had to be cancelled due to the first Covid lockdown. So not only did he book the holiday, he then had to unbook it and negotiate refunds, which must have taken him hours. He works hard to create the perfect package, gives you plenty of options and alternatives. I highly recommend using him.

   Lee did an excellent job of arranging our trip to Austria and Switzerland. Everything prior to departure was taken care of despite the ongoing issues with Covid and Airlines etc. If you are thinking of using him I highly recommend you do.

   Hi Lee- the journey home was really smooth. I was able to check in very quickly at the Lufthanse desk, and getting through security only took about 10 minutes. Munich airport is big, so it took about 15 minutes to find the Gate, but it was all clearly signposted. The flight took off only a few minutes late. Once at Birmingham airport, passing through security was fairly easy (it was quite early in the morning!). The baggage then arrived after about 10 minutes, and my case was the second one on the carousel! Thanks for all your help- I will certainly be using you again.
