   Just found this place. Great wee restaurant in Bellshill. Tried the crispy chicken with honey and chilli and special curry. Food was fantastic and service was awesome. Really friendly. Nice wine and coffee too.

   bought chicken breast curry & peking beef. charged 18.10. quite expensive I thought but found out they charge for rice even though I asked for prawn crackers instead. beef was ok, portion size was awful, very watery & tasteless sauce. crackers were soggy. chicken curry was poor, again watery oily sauce, chicken was stringy & not good. should have returned it all but shop closed. not be returning.

   Excellent service with friendly staff. Food is very tasty. Just love a fillet steak with their black pepper sauce. Also salt and chilli ribs are to die for so are the wafer wrapped prawns.

   The main course was lovely but the dessert was very disappointing. I asked for apple pie and cream and when it came it was 2 of the small pies like the Mr Kipling pies but not as good a cheaper version. I could have bought a box of 6 for the price of the dessert. The staff were very pleasant

   Went here for Christmas day lunch - the place was packed out but still got served fairly promptly. The . outside shop front could do with a bit of an overhaul The decor inside is a bit dated but looks absolutely fine and traditional. The food was excellent and a good reminder as to why I go to these traditional restaurants as opposed to one of these buffet places that you now find everywhere. I had a steak which came out on a sizzling platter and it was one of the most tender steaks I have ever enjoyed. My wife had a more traditional Szechuan chicken with fried rice. It was a lovely sized portion, the chicken was tender and the rice was nice and fluffy. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the first impressions from the outside was a little disheartening although everything was fine once we stepped through the door and the food more than made up for it!
