Placed order online told Hour for collection ...go to collect sat in store for another 20min on top of original time , to then be told no bags to put boxes in , I've never went into this takeaway and food ready at allocated time , it's a shame as fairly local to me but other takeaways are more efficient
Amazing food we got South Indian garlic chilli absolutely amazing! Lovely fresh salad with the poppodoms and spiced onions Nan bread was incredible this is our second time here and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Modern shop with parking to the front. Very friendly service and a family feel in the shop. Quite simply the best Donner hoggi in the Motherwell area. It's also served on a Chapatti rather than most places where it is on a wrap. Donner meat was very tasty as was the pakora sauce on it. Chips were properly cooked and cheese fine. Got the salad separate - it tasted very fresh.
Received my delivery on-time and I also received a couple freebies, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and chips, the pizza was nice and warm, not hot but I guess that's because of distance and outside temperature but other than that it tasted amazing and fresh, the chips were soggy but that's most likely due to the distance between me and the takeaway but they were ok, not seasoned but they were fine, the freebies were chicken pakora, some sauces and poppadom and spicy onions, the chicken pakora was nice, not hot but was warm and quite nice, the poppadom were nice with the spicy onions and you could tell the onions were fresh and not frozen previously. If I was to rate my order on a 1-10 scale I would give it a 7.8, but the customer service was definitely a ten. Would recommend and order again
Both the food and customer service were simply outstanding. Would definitely recommend and return. South Indian Garlic Chicken was out of this world. Naan timed perfectly so it was cooked along with the rest of the meal. Fish pakora cooked freshly and to perfection. The manager is so friendly and went out of his way to make sure my meal was great. Best takeaway about. Thank you so much, we will definitely return. EDIT - Been ordering from this place for months now - not had a bad meal. I still think this is the best takeaway in Lanarkshire in terms of quality and service. The team does a great job, even when its ridiculously busy, so it's definitely worth the wait.
Ordered a pizza asked for less cheese just a small spread and they send me half a block of rubbery cheese on top which wouldn’t chew down then the mrs walks up the stair and shouts the house is stinking of cheap cheese. Chips were bangin but.. 2 stars won’t be back
Family are lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. Food is 5 star. To find a decent Indian around is next to none. Tried here for the first time and have came back ever since. Food is always piping hot!, fresh, tasty and presentation is amazing. Prices are reasonable . Thank you! Hassan.
I've been ordered from Naina's few times the now. The food quality and taste is superv, they were freshly made and top customer service. Everytime we got surprised to find some extras (papadom, sauces etc.) in the pack which is really nice of them :) Highly recommended!
