   Terrible service, but terrible food to top it off. 1/5* overall. Better elsewhere. Terrible portion of dry donner meat. Overcooked chips. Don’t recommend.

   The food here is ok, and I have been a regular and long term customer for years. Unfortunately after the last failure to deliver and having to collect my food, along with the rudeness from them I have chosen to go elsewhere since and I wont be ordering from them again. I would recommend not over-accepting orders you can't deliver on time if it puts you under so much stress you are rude to customers, and look to issue a public apology to the masses of customers over the last few weeks who have complained about the same thing and offer to do better. On Facebook this has popped up and discussions all saying the same thing, and the reviews lately have been awful across all sites. This started out as a really good takeaway and it's really gone downhill which is unfortunate.

   Ordered a pizza from here and it arrived burnt, dry and basically inedible. Really cant work out how they think this is acceptable to send out to a customer! Do they not look at what they're sending out?! A cheese pizza is supposed to be cheesy, not cremated!!

   Absolutely shocking. Placed an order through just eat for collection at 5.20pm. Get a message at 4.36pm stating order was ready. Telephoned Mr Chef Hamilton, they said that was an error. Really?? Just happened to be early 5.08pm and guess what that order was sitting there bagged up. Got home freezing cold. That order had been sitting in a bag since 4.36pm and they totally lied. Food not even touched. Not to be trusted.!!!

   after waiting over an hour, MISSING pizza and slush puppy. phoned up to get it delivered again, took another hour and they sent the WRONG pizza and a cola sour sweet instead of slush. pizza came STONE COLD, other food we ordered came bashed, inedible and also cold. RAGING

   Just got a large chicken kebab & chips from here my husband stood and watched the guy heat the chicken in a red celebration sweetie box in the microwave!! This is a large cost £8.50 TOTAL JOKE AND WONT BE BACK. Won’t let me post of picture.

   Ordered a mixed king kebab & chips at 12.20am didn't arrive until 3am. When it arrived it was freezing the food was not even edible the lot went in the bin.Couldn't bite into the lamb tikka it was that solid and the doner meat was just vile. Will never order from there ever again!!!

   Have been getting a few deliveries from Mr chef and could not complain about the food. The last 2 orders have been disappointed as feel that once you have put a few orders in the standard has went downhill, Sorry to say that we will not be ordering anything else from Mr chef

   First time trying this lil gem of a take away had there award winning Egyptian donner and tikka kebab pizza was beautiful with chips and tried there chilli sauce after travelling up from newcastle for work im here till the 16th and cam safely say ill be trying a few others items from them menu absolutely delicious dont make pizza like this back home 10/10 well done guys n gals

   Me and hubby both love Indian food and this takeaway was next door to the hotel. I tried the Medium Chicken Tikka Masala the first time and it was delicious! Love a good masala and this was really good. Hubby had a bite and was quite impressed. Went again the next time and ordered a chicken biryani. This was still good with a nice masala sauce on the side. I just feel like too much rice, not enough chicken and the rice was a wee but watery. Taste still spot on though! Hubby and I will give the South Indian Chilli a try before we leave on Tuesday.
