   Terrible. Ordered 2 hours 20 minutes ago, delivery should have been at 5.30. No sign of food and no answer on the phone. Doubt it will ever show up

   5 Stars The Food Is Brilliant Always Good At Masala King Curries Are Lovely They Use Good Chicken In The Curries Which Is First Thing I Check Anywhere, Pakora Is Brilliant, Nann's-Rice-Spiced Onions All Brilliant. Best Prices In Hamilton By Far Which Makes it An Round Winner. Staff Are Friendly & Always On Point.

   I was visiting Hamilton from Aberdeen on Friday 18th November, I placed an order to Masala Takeaway through Deliveroo at 11.45 pm to be delivered at 00.35 Hours, 01.00 am passes and no sign of delivery, I message deliveroo and ask where my order is, I am at the window looking for a car / delivery but at 02.00 am still no delivery, no missed calls, no knock-on door. I again message Deliveroo and highlight that I have not received my order from Masala. I called Masala the next day, I tried to explain to them about the order, the guy I spoke with hung the phone up on me. I am a long-time customer of Deliveroo, and they have just mailed me to say that Masala delivered the order and that they would not be making a refund to me. I would not recommend Masala for any order online, also I would not recommend using Deliveroo if this is how they treat their customers. Message to Masala Takeaway, things must be really bad if you want to steal £21.49 from a customer.

   I’m a kebab guy and the kebabs out of here are the best in Hamilton. Proper Quality Donner meat. Great prices too for what you get. I’m a regular and feel my business is appreciated. Would recommend.

   Absolutely shocking, had ordered a delivery from Scoffable which was subsequently cancelled as the takeaway was busy however I was not informed of this until I had phoned to enquire about my order the person who answered the phone could not care less about the utterly shocking service that had been provided on top of that my refund will not be processed for 5 working days !!!!! Now have to order elsewhere on top of being £20 down for the next week. Absolutely disgrace I would strongly recommend people to avoid this dive like the plague
