   Don't waste your time and money. I got a special fried rice tonight, and spoiler alert, it was totally inedible and I chucked it in the bin after 2 mouthfuls. The meat allegedly chicken, pork and ham were hard to determine. Nothing looked freshly made and the sauce was virtually black in colour. It was also really over salted. This Chinese used to be one of the best in town and was always busy. It flagged last year and was then taken over so I thought I'd give it a go. Sadly a total waste of money.

   If your chef thinks what he's sent out tonight was acceptable it's maybe time for a new chef. Been a customer for over 20 years and this must be the worst £35 spent ever.soggy chicken balls soggy spring rolls spicy chow main so black it looks disgusting and doesn't taste any better the chicken sweet and sour could have been acceptable if it was hot

   Picked up from shop ,got home ,they got my order wrong ,no offer of them delivering to rectify THEIR mistakes (which would have been an acceptable compromise) . Only went their because most of the Chinese takeaways in Kirkie are shut on Tuesdays . I wouldn’t recommend this place and would rather go hungry than return here .

   Truly terrible food. Soggy bland salt and chilli chips.. . can make better at home. Soggy, greasy chicken in batter, thinnest slivers of chicken, 90% soggy batter. fried rice was a total joke...drowned in soy, no egg...bland and tasteless, not the excellent fried rice it used to be. Most of the food ended up in the bin. Been a customer for 40 years and wont be back...several other customers said the same. Prices are extortionate for what you actually get. Avoid and go elsewhere. Its not the Lucky House you know anymore...new owners have ruined it.

   Good food but spent 16 quid then charged 1.40 at the counter for a small prawn crackers! Every single place locally would give you these free soo takes point out of walking round to collect locally

   Good food but restaurant absolutely freezing and due to this food got cold too quickly, said to management but not interested and not just a one off this has been on the last 3 visits.

   Phoned to order some food and told it would be 45 minutes to be delivered. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and called back to ask whether it was on the way- was told it would be next out in the delivery. Phoned back 40 minutes later when it still hadn't arrived and was then told that they would speak with the kitchen and see if they could do it in 20 minutes. Clearly it was never ordered in the first place and despite phoning about the delay it still wasnt made. Cancelled the order after waiting for nearly two hours for not even so much as an apology. Plenty of competition in Kirky so would advise to go elsewhere as I will be.
