Big shop. Very clean. Super friendly service. Ordered a roll & sausage and potato scone (£3.20). The sausage was very tasty and the potato scone cooked perfectly. All very tasty. So why only a 3 you may ask. The reason being the cheap ketchup just spoilt it. It was watery, tasted awful. Get the ketchup sorted and you do from a 3 to a 5
Roll and sausage was spot on although the rolls where mixed up with sauces we still enjoyed them as wee John shouted threw the door they where 10/10 be back again for more soon
I really like this place but can’t get over the lack of hygiene. No blue gloves for food prep so hands are contaminated with cash etc and I once saw the server cleaning up a dirty mess in the back area and then touched my rolls. A rub of the hands with sanitizer is not good enough. In fact slimy gel on my rolls is disgusting. If no gloves are worn, constant hand washing is essential.
Nice baguette but I can't believe this is what constitutes large chips. Staff were pleasant but nobody had a clue how much a filled baguette costs which was strange. I think they guessed the price in the end and based it on a meal deal on the wall. It's a nice place and the food is fresh. Soup is nice also...but avoid the fries!
Really disappointing this place as everytime I am in I am left waiting for 20 minutes for a soup or a panini wasting my lunch going to this shop won’t be back
Been popping in and out of here for weeks now. Had fry ups, burgers, chicken, burgers, pasta dishes, BLT’s and everything has been phenomenal! The quality of the food is top notch, and the home baking will have you drooling just looking at it! The service is extremely friendly (I dare you to walk in, in a bad mood, and walk back out in one… impossible)! I’m going to miss not getting fed (and cheered up) every day. Would definitely recommend here for a feed to anyone
