   We were given an apple pie at 2:00 a.m. that, according to the pie sticker, should have been discarded at 10:30 p.m. When we pointed this out, the staff knowingly gave us a different pie despite not having any apple pies available, without saying anything. They then ignored us when we tried to point out that it was not an apple pie. We were eventually told there were no apple pies left, likely because they were being sold past their discard time. We requested a refund. We were told a manager would come out to issue the refund, but instead the same employee we had spoken to returned and gave us a cash refund. This is a serious breach of food health and safety standards that McDonald’s should investigate. Could have given us food poisoning if we were not paying attention.

   Honestly best McDonald's ive been to. Food has always been hot (freshly cooked, hot not just warm). The staff are all very nice! Super clean and very efficient.

   Shocking service at Newbridge, ordered on the app. Got to the drive through window there was no fish fingers had to re-order through the window. Asked of the could apply my 15% off from the app. Was told I'd have to drive round park up and order again via the app if I wanted to use that. No reward points added either when ordering via the window rather than the app. Ordered at window to be advised no cheese bites either. Couldn't give me a receipt for funds debited via the app and told to trust it'll be returned. Got to the window for food and asked to park up and wait. Even though all I got was a standard happy meal and cheese burger. Even after waiting 5-10 mins to get an answer to my payment query at the first window. To be fair every time I go there I'm asked to park up and wait. Even though nothings ever a special order or out of the "Norm" I actually stopped going to macdonalds after service at this place earlier in the year. Will not be going back. Only went back again as a long journey home and the kid was hungry. Avoid if possible

   Long time I haven't written a review. Why this McDonald's? I mean, the food is always the same right? Right, then the difference is made by service, and cleanliness. Both impeccable. You can watch the supervisors overview the front of the house and the back of the house but nothing really goes on. The cleaning ladies keep the place as tidy as it could be, no sticky floors, no sticky tables. I didn't even have a chance to bring my tray to the bin as they appeared in the same moment i started tidying up. Well done all, if there was a way to tip for the service, this would be the MC where I would have done it.

   Love this place, but… I tried to find a way to send these photos directly to McD’s so they can sort this out without any fuss but none of their contact options are suitable. Love your food and staff are superb but of the four bins in the car park three were overflowing and proving popular with the local gulls and one was taped up. Perhaps just a bad day ?

   Traveling back to Texas and thought I’d grab a quick bite to eat at Mc.D. Nicole, took my order, I think she is the manager is so welcoming and her customer service is amazing. She friendly, helpful and compassionate. Kudos to Nicole for being exceptional. The rest of the staff was also polite and friendly.

   Really disappointing experience. No menus displayed in drive through. Staff were unsure what they were selling…honestly. Asked to speak to manager, they stated they were doing a full menu but could tell me what was on it…as they didn’t have time. Asked what I was supposed to do….he said don’t know. Left without ordering…..

   Food well prepared, freshly made. Food delivered to table quickly. Nice service. The atmosphere due to the very large number of customers - did not fully meet expectations. Maybe for too small a space where all the customers could fit. Overpopulation. The parking lot is small and because of the heavy traffic it's hard to find a place, hard to leave and hard to drive in. The location of the restaurant is well situated - close to attractions with climbing walls for children, teenagers and adults.

   Usually would go out of my way to go to this mcdonald’s as in the past it was had the best staff and food always piping hot. However, tonight I was met with teenage staff picking their nose while making food, teenage staff in the kitchen shouting and bantering with their friends who came in for food (they also kept telling their friends how they’d put their order to the front of queue or give free extras), staff on breaks were hovering around the collection counter being rowdy, bacon was raw, order was missing a portion of fries, half the food was cold, milkshakes were the wrong flavour and to top it all off there was a gross curly black hair in my fries as pictured below.
