the staff are so friendly and efficient. ordered on christmas eve none the wiser how busy it would be, we ended up phoning about our order and found out they had been swamped. they were very apologetic and once we got our food it was piping hot and really well made - didn’t feel bogged down and sick like other takeaways
I have ordered from here many times and never had an issue but this evening has been the complete opposite. I ordered food to collect on our way home, upon getting home found that we had been given the incorrect order. I called the takeaway straightaway, and it turns out they were aware that they had given us the incorrect order but had made no attempt to let us know. They refused to deliver the correct order and instead we then had to drive back (from another town) to drop off the incorrect order and collect the correct order - at 9 months pregnant this has not been ideal at all. While picking up our order we received no apology at all from the takeaway staff. When we got home with our order we then found that it was freezing cold and we also hadn’t been given any prawn crackers. This has been some of the worst food/service I have received from a takeaway and doubt I will be ordering from here again.
Has to be the best Chinese take away in the area. food is always excellent on time and as fresh as can be! Staff are friendly and helpful 10/10 highly recommended
The Chicken, Ginger & Spring onion looked the business when I put it on a plate. However, it proved to be like lipstick on a pig. My first mouthful of chicken was disgusting. It had no taste and had the consistency of rubber. I had to put all the chicken in the bin and was only able to eat the rest. We have had a handful of meals from here, but will not be returning. The two other meals which were part of this order were equally poor.
Meals missing and quality of food very poor
Ive placed an order and paid for it but tried to call the shop and it says closed. Just I have paid and placed the order on the all eat app for tonight thanks. Have no way to get in touch and have emailed to but no answer just I’m not paying for food I haven’t received
Food average but the receptionist/ person taking the orders extremely rude, very poor customer service and arrogant. Acting as though we go in there and get the food for free meanwhile we actually pay more than £30 for the food. I think Lucky House should look into this as this might affect their business.
Ordered a munchy box, everything is battered even the chips! It's as if someone has poured a bag of salt on it before giving it out, wouldnt feed my dogs this!!
