It's a McDonald's, you know what to expect. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. A bit slow on the clearing tables but I think you should clear your own. I will be back.
There was a young lad with long hair who was cleaning the sitting area, I believe his name was Leon. I required some help with my order on the self ordering machine. This young man could not have done more to help. He is a real asset to the Mcdonald's team. He was also very thorough with cleaning. If you are Leon and you see this, then thank you very much and keep up the great work.
Unfortunately staff is very respectful but the food is cold and their fries looks suspicious specially looks too old and came to the drive threw which should be quick they wasn’t busy and it took them 34minute to prepare 3 burgers 1 cheese bites and a coke its a shame for a restaurant like this to be delayed.
Got to the drive through at 10:58, waited at the speaker for a good two minutes until someone came on and took our order. By this time it was 11am, I asked for a breakfast meal and was told they wouldn’t serve me as it was 11 and they stopped serving breakfasts. Told the girl taking my order we had been here before 11 and she said she had checked the clock and it was 11. I told her it was because she took so long to come onto the speaker, she replied saying she was serving another car (there was not a single car in the drive through) and was very rude to us, will not go again
I visited yesterday morning, May 26. There was a female employee—possibly a supervisor, though I don’t know her name—she was slightly overweight. Her attitude was extremely rude, and her way of speaking was very unpleasant. In general, most of the staff had a similar attitude. They were disrespectful, delayed in delivering orders, and spent time laughing and chatting inside while forgetting to serve the customers. When we asked for our order, they responded aggressively. This particular employee especially stood out in a negative way. I sincerely hope that management provides them with proper training and courses on how to work professionally and interact respectfully with customers who come to McDonald’s. My rating is a big zero.
Pretty sure everyone feels the same. Service level for dining in has seriously plummeted since the introduction of delivery orders. Wait times for food are at least double what they used to be. McDs really need to look at the whole model again. Certainly can't class themselves as fast food outlets anymore. We were over an hour .
Ordered and paid through mobile app. Mobile app applied the discount. When I have been for collection, staff asked me to pay the discount price. It's clearly mentioned as discount in the order bill. They insist me to pay and I said no. After few minutes they agreed. Also, They have missed my dip selections.
Typical Mcds food, we didn't want to use the large touch screens but we're told you have to use them even if you want to pay cash, seems you place your order on the screen then cancel the payment then pay at the till. Seems a bit of a faf. Quicker paying by card, hello to a cashless society
Don't believe the 1* review lies... Just had 5* experience. No queue, quick service, knowledgeable server. In and out less than 5 mins with cheap and delicious food. Cost me 10.07 for a late night snack. Don't believe the haters. Haters gonna hate.
This place seemed to be having issues the morning of my visit 07/07 06:50am. A whole delivery was outside in the sun and it appeared that there were only two staff working to try to fulfill the orders. The staff did their best but with only two of them I had to wait 15 minutes before receiving my breakfast. The manager strolled in at 07:10 and finally started moving the delivery inside.
