   What a let down. I ordered the double big tasty meal with only cheese and sauce. What i got was exactly that with one exception. The amount of sauce I was given was ridiculous. As soon as I opened the box the sauce was all over the box all over the burger. I could not even pick the burger up without it going everywhere. I ended up binning the whole burger. What a waste of money I do not recommend this place.

   This was, hands down, one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. First I sat in the drive-through long enough to question every life choice that led me there. When someone finally bothered to acknowledge my existence, they almost gave me someone else’s order — which honestly might’ve been better than what I ended up with. Then came my actual food… or should I say the half-missing, completely butchered attempt at my order. And the cherry on top? I asked for ONE thing. No ketchup. That’s it. Somehow they managed to give me a burger with only ketchup. No mustard. No pickles. No onions. Just a sad, sloppy mess smothered in the one thing I specifically didn’t want. It’s actually impressive how badly you can mess up something that simple. Congrats, I guess. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

   Don’t order from here with delivery app. If you even get what you asked for the delivery service is ridiculous. Only orders 2 items. Drink came empty in a ripped wet bag and the driver laughed and walked away talking on his phone. Nobody answers the phone . No way to complain on the app or get a refund or replacement. Absolute disgrace. I don’t even usually leave reviews but since they don’t even want to acknowledge their customers then I don’t have any other choice

   Do not visit here if you value your time. They will quite happily make customers inside wait for 20-30mins for a single order (We had ordered our daughter a chicken nugget happy meal) . When questioned, the staff member said that it was "busy" as if that was an excuse for serving drive thru customers ahead of customers inside the building! Another time we visited the drive thru, and by the time we made it to the window to collect the food, they had lost our order! Do what you like but I will NEVER visit this McDonald's EVER AGAIN!

   Obviously got the order wrong. Don't know why I expected anything less than incompetence for a macdonalds. Doesn't matter where you go they always make mistakes. I know people make mistakes but when it's every time then there is clearly a managerial problem. I don't really blame the worker. I blame management. When you continually fail then there is clearly institutional problems. This macdonalds is get the brunt of my rant because it's the last one I will every go to. Terrible service at every one.

   Quick service. Only in for a coffee but delivered pronto. Very small store, but clean. Staff were out cleaning carpark during visit. Number of parking spaces and usual drive through.

   It's always nice here. Staff are always chatty and welcoming. Small parking area but big on customer service with the staff always fast at bringing your food hot to your pick up bay.

   Customer service is appalling, cheeky rude staff including the manager. Remember when McDonald’s staff had customer service training, they clearly don’t now given their attitude. No WATER available for Happy meals, refused to give them a bigger bottle and gave them tap water instead. The chips are always cold, they regularly run out of syrup for milkshakes & recently had no nuggets either. Given the poor reviews the owner of this branch clearly needs to take action.

   Absolutely shocking. Today I ordered McDonald's for me and my kids, what I received was shocking and disgusting. The bag was ripped open and the boxes were open as well, There was bites taken out of the chicken nuggets and very little chips and a half bitten chip inside the bag, McDonald's refused to refund me as I did not have photos of it which I think is outrageous, never coming back here. The food was also cold and took over hour to get her, my kids were screaming and crying because they did not get their food they waited over a hour for, £28 wasted and no refund, shocking.

   Sat in a drive thru for ages, other queue had 6 cars through before we got served. When we paid, sat a minute before driving to the window to collect food. A woman appeared to tell us our card was declined. Took our card and did it again said it decline again. Asked for void receipt she said they don’t do those. Told us to wait in queue and drive round again. Never going back.
