   Take Away was extremely disappointing despite high recommendation. Contacted the restaurant and the overall comment was “that’s the way we do it”! Had food from here about a year ago but it seems standards have slipped. Very sad.

   This has been around as long as I can remember, such friendly and welcoming staff. Never disappointed with the food, aubergine pakora is fantastic! Delicious food - highly recommend the goanese dishes, special Korma & saffron chicken. Been for years and its consistently good.

   Very rude to customers. Arguing and speaking about customers while standing there is not a way to treat customers. Their just eat menu isn't accurate and has no dietary info. Best to call up and ask for the ingredients of everything as anything they get wrong they will say it's "their version". Food was average and massively overpriced. Had burnt, wrong and missing items previously but thought id give it another try. Wish i hadnt now. They have zero customer service skills. Will not be back. AVOID

   After the first bite of vegetable pakora i found a huge long hair. The lamb was quite chewy too. However I ordered a well fired plain nann bread and it was perfect. Bread for dinner. So disappointing

   Pir Palace is well worth a visit, the food is excellent and Hazel's on hand to recommend meals and good wines. I was there last night with family and we were not disappointed. It is well worth a visit and I would highly recommend.

   I ordered 2 curries last night 1 was supposed to be butter chicken but was completely inedible it was far too spicy not like any butter chicken I have tasted the other one was a chicken tikka meal which although my husband ate most of it it was far too spicy to enjoy won't be using pir Palace again
