   If you want a Chinese. Order from so good Chinese takeaway ,do not order from green jade unless u want to wait close to 2 hours and be missing some of your order and have cold food delivered !!!!

   Don't expect your food delivered in a hurry. That's two and a half hours now and it's still not arrived. I've just ordered a standard family of 4 meal so nothing special. How can it take so long? This is our last time ordering from them.

   First time ordering from Green Jade. Food was nice and hot and tasted great. I ordered chicken&sweetcorn soup, Beef curry and fried rice. There is enough left over for another meal. Good portion sizes.Will definitely order from them again.

   1st time I’ve been disappointed. Waited a hour and 5 minutes for delivery then when it came, the Salt & pepper chips were cold and soggy (not crispy at all), curry sauce was cold and so thick I could have sliced it with a knife and the special fried rice was cold and clumpy. Been ordering from here for over a year and never had a problem before. Raved to everyone previously about how they do the best salt & pepper chips I’ve ever tasted. They weren’t tonight

   The only thing I miss about living in Broxburn is that this isn't my local Chinese anymore. By far the best Chinese iv had. Would gladly drive from west calder to pick it up the food is absolutely amazing. Best salt and pepper chips and the lady who worked there was always lovely and welcoming and gave ma wee lass free fortune cookies which absolutely made her day

   Food took 1hour 20 min to arrive.. If you call to check on the food the woman answering the phone sounds like she can't be bothered to be there and will tell you your foods leaving now when you still have 30 mins to wait for it . When you question the driver about the length of time (who is the only driver so not his fault) there's no apologies just excuses.

   We order a big feast for the crew and they get the order wrong which I mean can't be happening we had 10 hungry hippos waiting to eat and yous got it wrong disappointed is an understatement. We then phone them back up and be like hawl you got it wrong and they said yes yes we will send it again and then we get it a while later and they still get it wrong when everyone heard what she asked for and thats not what we got so we are now raging and turning into alcoholics because of You

   Disappointing. BBQ ribs were pretty bland, aromatic crispy duck wasn't crispy and didn't come with any shredded cucumber or spring onion. Good prawn crackers and salt and pepper chips were ok. Would have been good to be told at point of ordering that there was an hour and a half wait for delivery rather than when we phoned after an hour incase the driver was lost.
