   Attended with my partner. Asked about Blue Light discount. Showed her blue light card. Was asked if she had her ID badge with her. (This was a first) We were not even half way through our starters when main meals were brought to our table. When waitress came over to ask if everything was OK my partner asked for peri mayonnaise. Waitress said she would bring it over. Decided to just go and chat with another member of staff instead. My partner went to counter to get it herself after waiting to see if it was being brought over. If the restaurant was busy you could understand her being distracted. It was about a quarter full if even that. Not sure what the thought process was about taking main meals to a table where people are obviously still eating starters ?

   We're visiting from the US. After a long crazy day of travel we were welcomed warmly. The food was amazing and the staff were so kind and patient with us. Not only was the food a perfect melodic blend of spiced flavors; but we felt so welcomed and we're able to relax. Thank you so much.

   Got try the chicken super Cesar wrap with fries and rainbow slaw. Didn’t care for the rainbow slaw (a bit bitter for me). The wrap hit the spot. Smaller portions than I would have imagined. I was content but not full or stuffed.

   We have only ever had takeaways from here but absolutely no complaints! Service is top notch - food is always ready to collect on time and the order is correct and piping hot! Food is absolutely delicious from this Nando’s branch and we can’t wait to dine in soon with our toddler!

   Went here with a pair of my pals and I was not disappointed. The scran was decent but the price was a bit much although I forgave it since the service was pretty good. Will be going here again in the future but not being a regular.

   Standards have dropped massively we went here when it first opened was amazing now there cost cutting with powdered mash potatoes chicken was really dry also server was a young gentleman who didn’t really seem to be trained properly asked him about dipping sauces he didn’t have a clue he asked us how was our meal I asked where the potatoes out of a packet to which he didn’t respond the food was OK I appreciate I spent only £30 wee quick lunch I could have built a wall and used the potatoes as mortar last time I was here mash was lovely fresh and tasted great no idea if it was the same mash but it certainly didn’t taste like it the staff were hard working and possibly over worked I definitely do not blame the staff last time I was there I spent over £200 was fantastic

   I’ve been coming to this nandos for years but my experience with Moreno was the best customer service I’ve had yet. Very helpful and attentive and was the first time our plates were cleared before leaving the restaurant. Hopefully other staff follow his example

   First time I'd ever been to a Nandos. I'll definitely be back. The service here was excellent. I loved the half chicken in peri peri sauce. So tasty and succulent. The sides were great too. All in all, a fine experience with really good food! I now know why a lot of people rave about Nandos. Update... Went back again today, and thought it was even better!! Had a while chicken with sides.. lovely!!!
