Food is marvellous been ordering from here for years but the new delivery driver is an absolute joke he is extremely rude and cheeky and has absolutely no respect for customers property won’t be ordering from here again will be on the lookout for a new take away
First off. The food is very very good. Love it. Very fresh and very tasty. The delivery driver however shouldn't be a front facing worker for any food business. Very rude and cheeky because someone in the shop didnt write down the name of where I stayed . Hit the money into my hand - he's lucky I was working and in a place of work let's just say. To be clear, this is the delivery driver who delivered to goudie st on 5.7.25 at 17:20. I definitely won't be ordering delivery from there again but I may go in
Just moved to the area a couple weeks ago and we decided to have our first take away tonight and chose here and it was definitely the right decision friendly staff and delicious food will be making this our go to !
Great take away excellent food excellent service
We picked up our car from the Flying Scot car park and looked for food. I found this Cantonese Takeaway with good reviews and decided to give it a try. I would say it is one of the best Cantonese/Chinese takeaway I have had. We ordered a Honey Chilly chicken and a Crispy Shredded chicken, spring rolls and fried rice. The spring roll skin was hot and crispy and the stuffing was delicious. The chicken dishes were yummy and not too salty or saucy which for me is proper Chinese food. I was too hungry to take photos of the food but highly recommend it.
Very bad customer service over the phone. Lack of professional approach. Had to ask twice delivery time, not informed about the amount to be paid by cas. Terrible noice in the background. Food average, delivery time over one hour.
Not sure what happened tonight but I was visiting a friend and ordered from here as it had mostly good reviews (never tried it before). It was an exceptionally long wait, over an hour and a quarter and when the food came the chips were extremely burnt and were cold. I am not sure if they just had a backlog of orders and things didn't go quite right tonight or what which happens to even the best restaurants now and again but I was really disappointed because it did have good reviews for the most part. I will maybe try this place again in the future and if I am wrong I'll change this review but a sample size of one isn't enough to give this place a fair review.
