   Food has and was always been very nice. I always get the Mexi loaded fries which I recommend. Super nice flavours and textures. Sometimes it’s a bit slow service but overall great food. Highly recommend

   Afro Portuguese food that's delicious, made fresh, lovely to sit in and really friendly staff. Peri peri fries r amazing and the sauce which they make themselves was so good. Get urself down here u will not regret it they do sit in and take away all made fresh.

   I have to update my review . Visited the restaurant again, chicken was old , not tasty and not cooked well. Very disappointed. So revising my review Had a meal a few times here.. chicken is cooked with like peri peri sauce is amazing . You can choose rice and sides, but the rice is warmed up in microwave. Service is good and good people to talk to.

   Food is mediocre, grilled chicken was old and reheated for us. I told the person who served us that the quality of the food isn't what we expected but he was weakly denying saying it was freshly prepared after we made order. But there is no science involved to find if the chicken is fresh or not, anyone who had ever a leftover grilled chicken from the day before can tell you that... Meat is dry, skin is paper thin and crispy with no drip of fat in it, covering meat like a cling foil. An the taste, man, it is not something you can change - old, reheated chicken has that specific taste you can't lie about.. Burger wasn't anything better thinly cut breast slice slapped with lots of spicy sauce, tired lettuce and slice of tomato. It definitely wasn't a brioche bun either. We were travelling from Midlands and were too tired to argue, just wanted to eat and go. But if we were locals I would definitely put it on my no-go-place list. If the manager or owner reads this review then please instruct your employee to give the fresh food to their customers as it is definitely a serious breach of health and safety guidelines...

   Ordered from here today. Disapointed. Had the jalepen-yo beef burger. Burger is 100% a reheat reminded me of the mass produced burgers from the Hunger Buster high school canteen back in the early 00s. There was no jalepenos on the burger as stated, the jalepeno poppers on the burger were actually nice made it easier to swallow the dry beef. Lack of salad and not extra hot sauce. Extra hot sauce on rice box was lacking and flavourless again not extra hot. Tender chicken was dry and again bland flavourless and certainly not extra hot. Fanta was great. Overall a big let down as the menu is impressive with plenty of options.

   Ordered take away full chicken medium spice fell off the bones . Soft and succulent. Chips were hot and crispy same as onion rings . Humous was class also .

   First time trying this place and I'm afraid to say I was disappointed. The fries and onion rings were the best part but unfortunately arrived cold. The wrap was overloaded with mayo that's all you could taste. It also says on the menu "chicken pieces" but it was shredded chicken in both the wrap and burrito. Also none of them tasted of Lemon and Herb. Might try again but will be collecting and ordering a burger.

   It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Beef mexi fries was fantastic, it was filled with flavours. I would recommended everyone to try that.
