    Called here for a collection tonight, always do this to order, guy on the phone was rude. Asked for a kebab wrap meal then he said no it’s a hoggie and I said no it’s just kebab meat and salad on the wrap which I usually get. He then said ok anything else asked for chips as well. Arrived to collect to be told “I’ve put chips in the wrap by accident, it’s made now so take it” Honestly so rude and clearly don’t even listen to orders made.

    Food delivered in an hour not 40 mins as website stated, paid for sauce missing from order. Newmains branch contacted, still waiting for delivery of sauce two hours after initial delivery. Clearly staff don't care if they make mistakes which costs the customers money, however small or large the value. Food nice but service shocking.

    Ordered delivery.. Arrived 2 hours later after delivery time advised. Then the pizza was burnt and toppings all dried up and burnt... Very disappointing. As have ordered previously with no issues. Will be returning to the shop to discuss this.

    Ordered a mixed kebab with a naan rather than pitta. The chicken and lamb were the MOST tender and tasty I've ever had in a kebab and I've been in Turkey, Tunisia and Greece and have eaten traditional gyro and kebab. The delivery was quick and the driver was exceptionally polite and friendly.

    Ordered chicken tikka masala and chicken bhuna. Both were identical. Lumps of dry chicken and lumps of tomatoes in what tasted like tomatoe ketchup. Rice was lovely but will never be back.
