   Ordered on just eat waited half an hour for them to say it was going to be an extra hour next fifteen minutes it changes to 2 hours. Tried to phone to ask if it was busy and got hung up on without even a word. I had my sons lunch ordered and poor weans starving

   Every time I manage to get a sandwich from this place it is always 10/10 HOWEVER today when I arrived at 8:42pm estatic for my sandwich the place was SHUT I am now absolutely dissapointed infact gutted

   I’ve been to this subway a couple of times now and always order on the app for collection to save time. Usually things are forgotten and I have to ask the staff to re-read the receipt. Today, however, I’ve ordered on the app for collection and stood at the collection sign for between 5-10 minutes whilst one boy (who seemed new as he didn’t know where some buttons were on the till) and two female staff worked - ignoring me. One of the female staff was making orders for customers in store, but spoke to the other female staff member in the kitchen area the entire time. I could see multiple paper collection bags waiting so I was getting frustrated. It was only when a just eat driver came into the store and told the boy the numbers of the orders he needed. Only then the male staff member gave me any attention and handed me my food. Not happy.

   Absolutely underwhelming experience. Went to order a tuna salad, but staff insisted they don't do salads (which is wrong) - then went on to ignore me and serve other customers. Won't be going again, that's for sure. There's other Subway branches nearby with more competent and friendly staff.

   Good Vegan options, wish they sold coffee again and with dairy alternatives this time would be great. Vegan plant patty is delicious. They even have vegan cheese. Pricey but good for vegans on the go. Girl gave me free crisps and 3 cookies for waiting not even that long. Lovely gesture just couldn’t eat the cookies as they had animal products in them and I’m vegan.
