   Wonderful site, all the staff are great and very welcoming. Having such a beautiful beach within walking distance is a bonus. Caravan was clean, in fact everywhere on site was very clean and well looked after. On site restaurant was lovely, the arcade is great and there was always something going on for the kids to do. I would have given 5 stars, but the location lets it down slightly as there is not much to do locally for the kids.

   We really enjoyed our stay! Its a home from home, perfect location for the beach, clean and well presented rooms. Entertainment is plentyful and as expected for a haven site! Brilliant for kids, dog friendly! Great swimming pool and outdoor play area :) plenty to do during the day if weather is bad! Good all year round holiday! Extra points for location on Bonfire night ;)

   Not a great location. Arrived and it was okay. Upon going in the caravan kids found rubbish toys and plasters under some of the beds. The dishes were not in great. Arcade dosent take money. You have to buy a play card. Rats were running around the bins near papa johns pizza. Rhe staff were friendly and some were very upbeat and entertaining. One or two lacked any enthusiasm at all. They definitely didnt want to be there. Night entertainment gor the kids was okay but dosent last long and is mainly dancing. Not many activities on site compared to other havens. Aberystwyth is 40 mins drive away. Good views and castle to explore. Also a railway goes up a steep hill to a restaurant. Worth a visit. New quay was a quite fishing place not much to see.

   Easy to get to location, great base for exploring further afield, wonderful scenic views . Please note this is a caravan park and we were staying in a caravan. There’s a club house on the site serving drinks and nice food and it’s got WiFi. The signal where we were was poor to non existent. There’s also a shop on site too.

   We’ve just had an excellent week! The caravans were lovely and clean. Every member of staff were amazing and so helpful they are a credit to the site. We are in the mash and barrel a few times and it was always lovely and hot. The chip shop and papa johns were excellent. The on site shop is full of goodies for the kids and fridge/cupboard food with the most helpful staff. We booked onto a few activities which the kids loved and also the indoor pool. The beach is a short walk down to it and it’s a lovely beautiful beach. We also went into the town and went on the dolphin spotting boat trip which was super as they were right near us. I would definitely come back here again and will be telling my family and friends too! Thanks for an excellent stay we will be back.

   All the staff were amazing. We had a little weekend getaway and loved it. Unfortunately the entertainment venue was being redeveloped. The walk to the beach is steep but beautiful. Erin was our activities coach and was absolutely awesome my son thoroughly enjoyed archery and target shooting.

   Four night break for £69 - fantastic value! We chose the Bronze caravan so that we could have central heating and double glazing as it was March. Caravan was excellent and a credit to the cleaners. The location was fantastic with a sea view & view of Newquay harbour/beach. Would definitely recommend.

   Had a fantastic weekend away for under £100 .Walking distance to beach. Great entertainment and drink prices not ridiculous. Lovely indoor pool(was too cold for outdoor in October)Nice chippy...and short stroll into a beautiful picturesque village where dolphin spotting boat trips leave regularly. And the dolphins can be spotted close to harbour wall

   I've been here ten years in a row because we love it so much. There's just enough to do to keep kids entertained but there's the luxury of having a beautiful woodland walk down to a clean beach on your doorstep. Staff are all wonderful and everything is always well run and clean. Never had bad accommodation or service.
