This is a little gem of a place! We have been meaning to try if for a while and we are so glad we did. Food was amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Great value for money. We'll definitely be back.
We stopped by what appeared to be a lovely restaurant by the canal, intending to enjoy a simple coffee. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by the rude and dismissive attitude of one of the waiters. We felt unwelcome simply because we weren’t ordering a full meal, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Hospitality should extend to every guest, regardless of what they choose to order. Very disappointing..
Great place for food. Staff were very cordial and cheerful. Service was excellent. I would recommend this place for family dinner and after work dinner. Desert was amazing with serene music and atmosphere!
Delicious food, freshly prepared and on our table in less than 10 mins, nice bright restaurant, friendly staff. Highly recommend! I had pizza with spicy Italian sausage and peppers- 10/10!
Been here a few times now with the inlaws. Food is always fantastic! I always have the mozzarella sticks and they never disappoint. They are big and chunky and the sauce is great too. I've had the lasagna multiple times and it's always top notch. My partner usually has the steak or veal and is alway happy. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Honestly just a great experience all round!
September 2022 upate: Another brilliant meal with first class service. Mussels were amazing again. Penne Genovese for main was delicious. Got a takeaway tub because there was so much. Remembered to take it home this time Update July 2022: Another gorgeous meal with super friendly, efficient service . Had mussels again which were delicious, followed by 4 season pizza. Staff were very accommodating swapping meat for olives for me. Other dishes were amazing too. Disapppinted I forgot to lift my doggie bag. 2021: Lovely atmosphere. Great service. Staff were very attentive. Amazing food. Mussels were a bit on the small side but tasty. Steak cooked perfectly. Profiteroles were delicious.
The food was excellent, there was a lot of variety on the menu for different dishes. The pasta was interesting as you can choose your own type to go with the sauce. The seafood pasta had lots of prawns / mussels. The pizza was delicious, not too doughy and plenty of toppings. The mozzarella garlic bread was excellent. The atmosphere was loud and buzzing, and the staff were friendly and looked like they enjoyed working there.
