Been here many times over the years and never been disappointed. Doesn't look much from outside but the the attraction as not one of those corporate looking restaurants. It's just Italian done simple. Give it a try....

Popped in as a wee had just arrived and wanted some filling and comforting for lunch and we were not disappointed. Service here was friendly and welcoming followed by some of the best Italian cooking we have had in a long time! I had the chicken with mushrooms and a creamy sauce, this arrived with beautiful fresh vegetables. The atmosphere was again friendly and chilled. My teenager loves the macaroni and profiteroles, I hada delicious coffee as no room for pudding. We are only here a short time but plan to try and fit in another visit. Prices are brilliant too!
Myself and two friends were looking for somewhere to eat last night (it was a saturday) and stumbled upon Pulcinella. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they found a table for us, and the managed was very welcoming. The waiters were all very polite and efficient with one of taking a photo for us as we couldn't manage to get all of us in the photo. We all ordered our 2 courses and when the food came I have to say it was some of the best I've tasted. I had bruschetta for a starter, and it was so fresh and bursting with tomato flavour. For my main I had a pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've eaten in my life My two friends also thoroughly enjoyed their food too with everyone complimenting how good it was. The atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect, it's very homey and welcoming. I think it is a great all-around place that would be perfect for romantic dates and also for family meals and whatnot. All in all, I know the next time I visit Glasgow, this will be one of my go-to places to eat
We were booked in for 5pm on Saturday 28/1/2023 due to circumstances they accommodated us for 4pm we were a group of 7 service we received was second to none we ordered a cocktail that unfortunately they didn’t have one of the ingredients for it, they actually went out to shops to source it, that is the ultimate customer service. Food and drink and service superb as always when we go there.
Mixed bag in terms of the quality of the food. The pate starter was nice, but the lasagne main was quite bland and a small portion. You would get better from M&S. The staff were friendly though. Disappointing overall, which is a shame given this is a long established restaurant.
Very good food and great wine seclection. Will be back again tomorrow night to finish off my bottle ;)
