Place i used regular but wont ever again. Turns out the tip u r giving on there website the driver isn't getting! Absolute disgrace. I phoned the shop and was berated by the girl who works there. I will never b back. I was paying 10% tip and the driver isn't getting it.
Great food, would highly recommend the Singapore vermicelli - the lady at the counter is pleasant and hard working. Keep in mind it is takeout and cash only
Accidentally I gave her 30 pound instead of 10 that I was holding in my hand as I got distracted by thoughts. I said hey I ment to give you just the 10 and she quickl hid the money as I was looking at it and told me I didn't give it to her. She started being rude and shout so I didn't argue but decided to leave this review.
Have ordered the same thing for a while now and tonight our order was wrong. When I called to say I ordered the vegetable chow mein and got something with prawns in it I was told it was my fault because I didn't say "mixed" veg chow mein (have always and only order a veg chow mein) I took the meal back and on entering the lady behind the counter started shouting at me. When I tried to explain what I was wanting she answered the phone on 2 occasions - So rude! When she came off the phone she shouted again about it not being her fault. I was then told I could have the mix veg chow mein with a discount. I refused to pay because I already paid...she then shouted at me again and more or less threw the new order at me. Won't be back. Have used this place for years and recommended to others. Mistakes happen but to have an attitude like that is awful!
First time using, service was good could have been better just seemed communicating wasn't the best. Think for being a business in the community for a number of years they would understand more than they did. Seemed nothing to do or anything to listen to or watch while waiting on food. The food was quite nice but could have been better. Seems with the chicken curry and rice in same dish they go tight on the curry sauce as noticed wasn't mixed with the chicken and onion which they provide with the curry. Front of house / shop floor clean when I was in would be happy to eat my food in store if that was an option very clean place.

A basic chicken curry with boiled rice. First mistake, they give me fried rice. The onions under cooked, the chicken was chewy and the curry sauce was just salty muck.
Absolutely disgusting customer service I called to make sure I’d ordered it for delivery an not collection but didn’t get the chance to ask as was shouted at down the phone! An still didn’t get the extra curry sauce I paid for NOT HAPPY
Ordered a portion of soft noodles (thick) that came stuck together and not edible they where drowned in some sort of sauce and very greasy never seen noodles like it. Called and was told I should have specifically told them to make them dry. Never in my life of ordering Chinese and ordering from many many take aways and eating out over all these years have I had to request dry. How do they know someone hasn’t got an allergy and they are just throwing in ingredients of there choice? Noodles seemed like they weren’t fresh egg noodles anyway they had turned to mush which makes me think they’ve been egg noodles which would explain why they’ve needed so much sauce and oil and water to cook them. Yuk! Customer service is disgusting woman was extremely rude and didn’t even offer to replace them not that it would have made a difference as by this point I wouldn’t have touched another thing they sent I will never eat from here again whole lot went in the bin.
