Came for a piercing with Claire, she was wonderful made me feel really comfortable and calm was very professional but so funny and down to earth, if your nervous about getting a piercing I would definitely recommend coming here for one
My daughter had booked a tattoo at a previous shop and was let down last minute. This was her first tattoo and was so excited. However I popped into relentless ink and spoke with Claire. I explained what had happened and said how excited my daughter was about getting her first tattoo. Claire said she would finish the tattoo she was currently doing and fit my daughter in after. Claire was brilliant if I could give 10 stars I would my daughter felt so happy and comfortable will defo be coming back for more tattoos thanks again Claire you’ve really made my daughters day today. We absolutely love the tattoo
I was really disappointed with my tattoo touch-up experience with Clare. She was the original artist and it took nearly 6 months of contacting the shop just to get an appointment with her (I was constantly told that l'd receive a call back, but I never did). The touch-up only covered a few small areas and I was not satisfied with the result. I had to pay the same price that I initially paid for the tattoo, which felt unjustified given the limited work done and I wasn't told the cost until after the touch-up, which seems to have been done deliberately. When I questioned why such a small touch-up was being charged at full price, the reasons I was told such as prices in London being higher, was not justified. I followed all aftercare properly, including using the aftercare balm that I bought from the shop, so the need for a minor touch-up wasn't due to any neglect on my part. Between the poor communication, delays, and the way pricing was handled, the whole process was very unprofessional.
I've been using relentless for years and would not go anywhere else. The shop is stunning and Anthony the artist is just that an amazing artist. He has done vast amounts of tattoos on me and they are all fantastic.
The piercer was so lovely she talked me all through it and made sure I was okay would definitely recommend great service
I had a piercing done at this place and the lady who did my piercing was amazing explained the whole process and took every necessary safety precaution to ensure the best outcome. Therefore, will return for any further piercings I want done.
I was at Renlentless ink and was able to speak to Claire about a tattoo design. Claire was able to visualise what it was I wanted and put pencil to paper. I have to say her drawings in pencil and tattoo ink are unbelievable. I was a bit uneasy about the size and position but after she ensured me that it would look awesome there was no turning back. I've seen a couple of tattoo artist and Claire is by far the best around I would highly recommend her.
Good work done at a very reasonable price. The shop is nice and clean and bright and the people are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Will be using them again in the future
Took my daughter to have her ears pierced . Everything clean and sterile. Clare put my daughter at ease as she had previously had a bad experience at Claires accessories when piercing didn't heal after months. She gave advise on aftercare as well as saying any problems or anything unsure of just to let her know. A week on so far so good and seem to be healing well.
