   Very badly run store. Orders going to many people by mistake. My sit in order given to a drive through customer. I had been waiting 25 mins for order when the drive through customer came back to the store and told staff what was in the bag and is not his. Yes it was mine. Staff readied a new order for me but again wrong items given even after staff checked the receipt. Total lack of managment and guidance. Amount of food that was discarded was ridiculous. When I did get the food I ordered it was in a hell of a state. Won't be back.

   Some wee guy told me on the drive through speaker that they're shut. Yet I can see they are open, think he just couldnt be arsed tbh. Ran by kids who dgaf. Shale cause I love taco bell.

   We did a drive-thru order and it was alright. Tacos were not crunchy at all and it broke in the middle when you tried to grab it, so it became very messy very quickly. Churros were very lovely but it only came with caramel sauce. And No drinks with meal deals. Food has a lot of cheese but hey this is fast food. I recommend asking questions because menu in drive thru is not very clear.

   Shocking experience here today. Have never tried Taco Bell and had been looking forward to it. Safe to say we’ll never be back. Terrible customer service for one, we placed our order on the self service but no one thought to inform us that the drinks machine was out of order. So when our order was finally called we had to pick from a small selection of bottles and cans, none of which were the drinks advertised that we’d ordered. The person serving us who I’m assuming may have been a manager wasn’t even wearing a uniform and could not have cared less. The food itself was not as advertised, there looked to be about a teaspoon full of meat in each burrito, no fries inside even though it was the fries loaded burritos we had ordered and they were absolutely drowned in sauce. On to the premises.. we had been going to sit in but changed our mind when we couldn’t find a clean table to eat from. Absolutely filthy with overflowing bins and grubby windows and doors. I genuinely didn’t want to touch a single surface. Also a pungent smell throughout. Whoever manages this establishment seriously needs a shake. Nearly £20 spent on lunch which went in the bin. In this economy it’s just not acceptable.

   They forgot my Cinnamon Twists!! ☹️ Not that great only thing that was okay was the tacos and fries. Burritos are pretty tastless. Have since took the stars down on this review from when I last posted it. Myself and my family were ill after eating here. Will definetly not be back. Have read other reviews querying the cleanliness of this place which would make a bit more sense with our experience. We've been put off Taco Bell for the foreseeable!

   No heating door wide open. No salt napkins anything really. Food was good though maybe will just use drive through next time, was like sitting outside

   Wow, never again. Burrito was actually stone cold in the middle. Asked the wee guy to heat it up and he looked confused and said it was warm. I told him I wanted it cooked in the middle as well as the outside. Brought it back and slammed it down on the counter. This place will not be here in 6 months.

   Visiting Linwood complex. Number of fast food options. Never tried Taco Bell so thought to give it a go. Service below par. Clearly short staffed. Took about 10 min. We ordered the shared meal for two. Two tacos (mediocre), the hexagon thing (sorry forgot it's name) had chicken and beef with salsa and cheese. Again mediocre. Generous portions of chips. No drink with that meal so had to order separately. We made the mistake of dining in. Very dirty both down and upstairs. I don't think anyone cleaned for the whole day (possibly days). Toilets are dirty. Don't think will try again.

   Went in to order and thought that it'd be better than drive thru but no.everything wrong.no vegetarian stuff.you can't check as it's all just launched in a bag.They don't answer the phone.
