Abby has been amazing at helping me book my appointments and recommending the right sizing for the designs that I have wanted. Special thanks to Ryan who designed and completed all 3 tattoos, he did them perfectly and made each appointment feel calm and relaxed. Definitely coming back soon for another tattoo :)

   Very professional and friendly service provided by the staff at Hagley Rd branch. Was booked for an 8 hour session but was finished just over 6 hours total, very pleased withe my finished tattoo and will be looking to add to it in the near future. Simona who carried out my tattoo done a great job, definitely recommend her if you visit this branch. Well done guys !

   Super studio, friendly , helpful staff . I have used the Hagley Rd studio three times now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now , staff are very welcoming and make you feel relaxed. Most recent visit was for a crow tattoo on my upper arm which was completed by Ryan . He did a superb job and I’m really pleased with the end result. Price quoted was reduced by £60 as he completed it much quicker than estimated so really honest people . Super service and great value ! Will be returning soon hopefully.

   I had my first tattoo done at Vivid Ink in June this year and have already been back and had my second! The whole process was really easy. I filled out the online form with a picture of a similar design to the one I wanted. I was then contacted by Abbie, who went into more detail with me as to what I wanted. She then handed it over to Dana, who designed exactly what I wanted. I was nervous with it being my first tattoo, but the staff are so nice they put me at ease straight away.

   Was at vivid ink 4/12. First time customer and I couldn't fault the shop at all. Abbey on reception was really friendly from the moment I walked in and was constantly checking I was ok throughout the day and offering drinks. My tattoo was done by Caesar and he did an amazing job, so if thinking of getting a tattoo I would highly recommend you look at the artists working out this studio as they're amazing at what they do.
