   Keep cancelling. Well I say cancelling, they close early when they've got appointments booked without telling customers. They double book and once again don't tell the customer booked in. Absolute joke, how they've even got a business confuses me. Bit of respect would be nice to actually let customers know instead of getting there and finding the studio closed. They'll say well we did offer to sort a tattoo for free. Yes you did but that's not the point. You don't treat people like this! Just to mention this has happened 5 times now.

   SCAM WARNING THEY STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT They took a deposit for a full day session and Mrs L Richmond cancelled. She did offer me another day but again, cancelled. I request my deposit back and now I am being ignored. *Update* After several weeks and a few more excuses, I did receive my deposit back. Finally started my tattoo work at another shop who restored my faith in tattooists

   I frequently come to southtown and am always met with a lovely experience! Clare is my tattoo artist yet I always feel welcome and am able to have friendly chats with the other staff in the store. Very hygienic. very honest with their opinions about placements and tattoo sizes. Would highly recommend any of the artists to anyone
