   Food was alright, chips and nachos were overcooked and over seasoned, staff rude and unhelpful and lied to faces about our order when it was wrong. Food portions small and overpriced

   Ordered two meals for £25. One was a crunchwrap meal and the other was a burrito meal. Also ordered the church's box with caramel. Order was totally inedible. Crunchwrap was basically lettuce. Hardly any beef and the churros were hard and stale. So disappointing and will not be back.

   Me and my mum came in for lunch and used the kiosk. The machine wasn't working properly so my mum asked for help. The first boy that came over was nice and helped as much as he could. He then asked his manager to come over and check it the manager was rude and made us feel stupid. He didn't even bother to come over to check the machine. Apart from us having issues with the kiosks other customers were experiencing the same. Once our order number was shouted out I collected it and sat down to what was supposed to be a nice lunch turned out to be disgusting!! The beef/mince was watery and tasted GONE OFF so did the tomatoes some of which were okay but it tasted like they had mixed the old tomatoes with the newer "fresher" tomatoes. My mum started to feel unwell and when we got home she threw up. Safe to say we will not be coming back! Disappointed is an understatement.

   got our order nice and quick tonight , staff all seemed happy for a change and it reflected in the quality of the food. kids enjoyed it glad we gave it another chance as last visit a couple of months ago was appalling.

   Went in with some friends and The screens weren’t working to place our order and after standing for 10 minutes waiting to be served we asked if someone could serve us we got attitude from a staff member who told us we had to wait our turn when there was no one else in the queue, the food has drastically went downhill since it first opened aswell most of our order went in the bin as it was inedible. Definitely won’t be back

   Restaurant was filthy, litter on almost all tables. A member of staff started to “clean up” but there was still cheese left on our table and chairs. There were dirty tables that weren’t cleaned for the whole time we were there. A member of staff came back to pick up the rubbish on the floor under our table but only picked up one wrapper and left the other 3 on the floor. One order screen not working and some of the tv screens did not work either. One of the bench seats was broken and not repaired. We ordered 3 different burritos and none of them were marked to show which one was which. We asked the server to help and quizzed if they would have been marked and he said that they don’t do that. We had to unroll the burritos to try and figure out which one was which. We where surprised to see that the baby burrito was the same size as the normal burritos. The rice in the burritos was hard. I also found black specs in my fountain drink. The order interface was also poor, we managed to order 2 items that we didn’t intend of adding to the order. We sat in but we were given a take away bag. We weren’t given our cups for the drinks and had to get the attention of the staff to be given them. The only two other people who ordered after us were missing items from their orders. The restaurant was dead and no wonder with the poor quality and care for the brand. The staff didn’t seam to get anything right and all round an unenjoyable visit.

   Everything was delicious and hot (temperature wise) which is more than you get at most fast food places. 4 stars instead of 5 because they got a couple of my items wrong - they put beef in everything but I asked for 2 specific things to have chicken. They also forgot to give me the dip for the churros. Oh well, was still good! Their warmed up nacho cheese dip is the best in the world!
