    I ordered over £60 of food the driver tried to give me 2 small bags we ordered pizza kababs ect he know what he was doing cause it was in the boot of his car when I ran back out the front door and my husband followed to confront him he he said I’m sorry I’m sorry. I’m sorry it’s in the boot of my car. Not happy customers and not a good service from him we have a family of five that’s how I knew that wasn’t enough food

    Hi I'm very disappointed, I don't have time to by myself and I order. Everything was fine till here, they arrived in time. When I check the box, I was surprised what I see inside, they give 6 little pice of meet and full box with salad and i pay £16. It's the last time when I buy from there.

    Very disappointed as usually enjoy the food but me and my husband got food poisoning from one of our orders. Tonight, we ordered 2 medium kebabs, 1 large kebab and 2 chips and when it was delivered we were missing a medium kebab. My dad rang the shop to let them know we were missing our food to which he was hung up on twice before finally getting through. The manager then proceeded to say that we were lying as he had checked it, even though we were very sure we were missing food, and my dad was adamant we were missing it. He also kept using the phrase (I’ll tell you what mate) which is very unprofessional. He then said again we were lying and we hung up as we knew he wouldn’t listen. We’re very very disappointed and won’t be buying here again after using them for years.

    Usually I collect my orders and I am happy with the service provided. On this last occasion I ordered delivery through the website as I was out and my partner was unable to get to the shop. The order arrived without the salad that I had requested and the meat was cold and didnt taste freshly cooked. Very disappointing and I probably won't use delivery service again. I will try collection again and hopefully will have no issues.

    Every time I have had food from here it’s alway been hot and delicious and I can honestly say it’s the best kebab I’ve ever had. It’s even got the proper salad not just lettuce. The pizzas are great too. The staff are always friendly and polite. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I’ve ordered again tonight and got a free can of coke with my order. 10/10 lads. Rob
