Told delivery would be 19.03 and at 20.03 food still not arrived . Delivery is terrible and you pay £2:50 for the privilege of the delay
I ordered a lot from shanghai blossom and it was great. But ever since that closing period and then re opening they have getting items on my order wrong and they have been late several times when they website says the order is with the driver. Example: screenshotted page saying the delivery time is 19:45pm. Order is now with yiur driver. Its now 20:11. No food...and we are 10 minutes walk down the road.
Placed an order on Just Eat at 6pm, still not arrived at 8pm. Cheeky so and so's marked it off on Just Eat as delivered at 7:15 when it was supposed to be delivered. After repeatedly asking where the order was told that (and I quote) "we are too busy and I can't help you". Asked for a refund and then told again nothing that they can't. Please be warned ⚠️ and don't use them. Charlatans.....
Food is decent only thing that lets them down majorly is the delivery times ⏰ absolutely abysmal last 2 occasions it’s been almost an hour late and when I phone to ask “it’s just getting made” ….WHAT 2hrs after I order it!!!
Ordered salt and chilli chicken and was asked “pieces of strips” - we thought that was in reference to size but strangely meant battered or unbattered. I went back to the shop to ask to change it and if I could also get my chips a bit more flavour. The woman told me it was cause I took too long to collect it. Then said she would only change it this one time as she seen I opened it. Bad service and bad tasting food too
Please improve on your customer service. The lady who takes the phone orders needs to be aware that your customers are from different nationalities and be patient and friendly over the phone. My experience on the phone wasn't pleasant! Ordering online was great and hassle-free. The food was lovely as well.
I love the yuk sung, however, to be charged 3 pounds extra for a little hoisin sauce to spread on the lettice is daylight robbery! Also disappointing attitude from female on front desk. Not be back!
