Absolutely shocking.meal for one.they called me .what starter drink.i asked for chicken pakora.diet coke.got vegy pakpra n full fat coke.the curry omg was 8 pieces of chicken in brown water.no taste.defo no curry or spices.binned.u shpuld be ashamed delivering this.
Great food & great prices. Very fair pricing which is great. The way they do the chicken strips for chicken fried rice or chow mein is phenomenal. It's a dark colour n huge smoky flavour. Dunno if just soy sauce but whatever they do it's stunning
Wouldnt go anywhere else for there meal for one. Great Value and wont get better. Great Food. Only small gripe last night curry sauce was very watery and tasted bad. Hopefully just a one off.
Shocking customer service. Ordered on just eat and waited 1.5hours when it should have already been delivered. Phoned and was told it was 'on way'. 15 minutes later still nothing, asked for update through the app, was told it would be 2 minutes. Waited a total of 2 hours and order was cancelled. Won't be back here. Lost a good customer as we come here regularly. Dont mind my order being cancelled but to lie and keep me waiting for 2 hours isn't on.
Chicken chow mein is amazing and get delivery time as the food is always hot
It took 45 minutes for some rice crackers and chicken balls. Then the order was wrong it had ribs instead of chicken balls
Decided to try this place for the first time as my usual Chinese was closed. Worst mistake ever! Waited 90 minutes for the delivery and when it came the only good thing I can say is that it was hot on arrival. The beef curry was disgusting. The meat was slimy and mushy and appeared undercooked. It looked unappetisingly like cheap dog food the quality was that bad. The king prawns in batter were large doughy things with tiny prawns as hard as nails in them. Definitely won’t be back. If in bellshill do yourself a favour and go to Lee Wong
I do not recommend! I will never order again from here. We ordered a set, one chicken, one beef. After 30 min. After opening it, it turned out that there are 2 beef inside. We call. We are saying a mistake. And the Lady says the order is on its way. After 45 minutes we call to wait for this chicken and you still don't know what's going on. In the end, she understood that she was a mistake and it would be in 20 minutes. Waste of time and money! Joke! I already felt like eating, because how long can you wait.
We've used this restaurant for 10 months since moving to the area, food was always top class but in past month quality & service has declined. Ordered a delivery tonight only for the rice to have long black hair in it, called restaurant to inform to be offered new rice but as you can imagine...no longer hungry! Called to ask if they were going to come & collect it or should we put it in the bin to be met with absolute horrible customer service by the gentleman from the restaurant shouting very rudely at my partner! We'll never use again!! Do not recommend
