I was deeply unhappy with my recent experience at Empire Takeaway. The chips tasted stale, the meat was undercooked and appeared bloody, which raises serious food-safety concerns. When I called to report these issues, the staff member was disrespectful and rude, making me feel dismissed and insulted.
Ordered food just after 21.20 and still not arrived had too use another takeaway who have now delivered my late night dinner after waiting over an hour and 20 minutes and not even a courtesy call too say no delivery won't be using this takeaway again
Used to be one of the best takeaways in Clydebank. The quality of the food is horrendous now. Took two bites of my chicken fried rice and had to bin it. It was completely inedible with no flavour. Will not be ordering again.
Pre ordered Christmas dinner for my family. First time ordering from empire and it was a joke, food came and wrong portions were given then when I called to correct this I had to wait half an hour to receive the rest, the food went cold and was of poor quality. I’ll definetly never be eating there or recommending at all. Couldn’t even finish half my plate

First time ordering home delivery. The food was amazing and arrived in half the time. The best Kung Po King Prawn we've ever had. Highly recommended. We'll be ordering again.
I have eaten from here many times over the years, and have to say I enjoy the food, for the most part. A few tips, - Service can be slow when it is busy, - They really like pumping food full of bell peppers, like, really. - They are cash only (that or the card machine is permanently broken) - Portions are large and reasonably priced Overall, portions are decent, cost too, quality I'd say is of good quality. I can't make any notable complaints.
So ordered food from the empire Chinese at hardgate yesterday!!! And this is what I got!!!!! At first I was told it was just the marinade!!!!like no it's raw!!!!! So my order was £28 and they kindly refunded me the £8:80 for the lovely raw chicken
Only recently tried this Chinese. Wow !! Cant fault the food. Lots of choice. Huge portions.Its delicious, always hot when delivered and never wait too long for delivery. Very impressed. Deserves 5 stars. The delivery folk so friendly too
Use to be good 10 years ago but it has gon down hill ever since. The front end restaurant is filthy and the last curry I had from there had a strange metallic/ chemical taste to it. Its not the first time we have had bad food from there either so now I avoid it at all costs.
