   I reguarly ise the New Parkhall takeaway the fiod is absoloutly top notch. The shop is spotless and the staff are very friendly. I am a big fan of the set meal for 2. It easily feeds a family of 3/4 and oofers oncredible good value. Best Chinese takeaway in clydebank area and we travel from Drunchapel as its so good

   Ordered from here a few times with no issues foods usually lovely however, tonight we ordered a big amount of food to dish out between us and found 3 hairs through the rice. When I phoned the shop the woman that answered was genuinely so nice and apologetic and offered to replace the food but we were put off, she spoke with her boss and he only offered a refund on the rice and the missing chicken balls even though I explained the food was all plated together so the rice was now mixed through with the other food, I explained to the poor woman that took the call I really wasn’t happy considering our order was £35 and now in the bin but the boss of the shop wasn’t helpful at all!

   Four of us ended up with food poisoning from eating from here ⚠️AVOID⚠️ also heard they only accept cash to dodge the tax man we have all reported you to food standards & tax man & immigration team!!!!!! good luck on that!!!

   Food is usually fresh and tasty. I used to order from here regularly. Delivery times are usually shockingly long. Waited 3.5 hours in January, and before that in December we waited 2.5 hours. They don't even let you know when you order that it's going to be a massive wait time. And that's weekday delivery times, not busy weekends. If you can't keep up with orders then stop taking them until caught up.

   Ordered food online on Saturday 4th Feb at 7pm, paid online. Told it was MAX 50 MIN wait. 8pm still no food. Called to see if there was a problem. Was told by the girl it was a 2 hour wait. Explained it was max 50minutes hence why we ordered. She said "oh we are trying to fix that". We said sorry can we have a refund on that we can't wait anothet hour. 2 to 3 days we will have to wait for the refund! Asked if we can pick it up instead. She then said it will still be another 20 mins at least?! No, just leave it. Sorry but thats not good enough. At least be honest if you're prioritising customers at the door rather than deliveries. 2 hours is far too long.

   1st time ever ordering for 1 person: Time waited= 1hr 40mins.. 2nd time ordering for 1 man home from wrk hungry: Time WAITING= 2HRS, still not here. Called up, told to wait some more to find out whats happening. Told excuse but assured its left shop, 20mins Iater still not here, I must be the most patient man on earth. Do u think I should tip? I just want to go to bed now its that late! ...35mins now after assured its on its way. Patience just ran right out. They can take it bk IF IT EVER ARRIVES. Nearly 3 hrs gone. Bloody terrible. Just Jumping round corner for pizza now.
