   Love this spot! Nice chill place to grab a bite after work, with good prices on the collection deals which I’m always after haha. BBQ chicken and bacon pizza is the go to in my opinion but the wraps are always made fresh and spot on too. Also Ron is the most welcoming dude you’ll ever meet, and if you order when he’s working you can be sure your meal and service will be spot on! 10/10 pizza spot and 10/10 guys!!

   Would rate 0 stars if I could, food was selected a timed order for 5pm… collected at 5 and food was cold. I was then told the order was made at 3pm as there system malfunctioned, and was told there was nothing they could do about the pizza that was left on a hot rack that was not even turned on for 2 hours, the managers attitude was awful… was not offered a fresh hot pizza… and then I was cut off and ignored….. With jennys and pizza manic around the corner if you have to make your choice choose them.

   Awful. We ordered 2 pizzas with 2 sides and paid for delivery. After 40 minutes of waiting for our order to arrive, it arrived missing a pizza. The delivery driver left to go get our pizza. We then waited an additional 40 minutes and nothing arrived. We decided to ring up the number for the Clevedon domino’s, and were told they haven’t heard anything about a missing pizza and will ask the delivery driver. We then waited another 20 minutes with still no pizza and no further contact so we decided to drive to the domino’s with our pizza and sides. We explained to the workers and they said they would remake it for us however they refused to refund us for the delivery cost. The manager was argumentative and rude. When we returned home with our order, the sides (chips and wedges) were cold and soggy and had a horrible texture. We ended up waiting a total of 2 hours for our order. Never ordering from dominoes again.

   Ordered via Uber at 5.30pm delivery was advised at 6.05pm. First time using this branch ans certainly the last. Food finally turned up a couple of minutes before 7pm. I'm down this way at a local fishery and thought I'd treat myself. Called the branch at 6.10pm to be told 10 minutes. Called again at 6.45pm to be told its finally on its way. The manner of the person answering the phone was arrogant to say the least. Seems as a gesture of goodwill they threw in a scattering of chips that looked like they had been left on the side for a day or two. Not sure what was warmer the pizza or the ice cream. Dominoes normally has a high reputation. This franchise seems to not manage this. Word of advice, manage the customers expectations. Nearly £50 wasted.

   Shocking service tonight. Waited for an hour and a half for pizza. Rang up to be told my order had been cancelled. No email or text message was sent to communicate this. We have very upset children. Money should not have been taken when the product could not be delivered.

   This business is a SCAM. Waited for 2 hours for a pizza which never arrived. Rang through to the shop an hour in to be told they only had one driver. After the pizza tracker changed to order delivered we rang through 4 times to ask what was happening. On the 3rd attempt the staff answered the call and then said "just ignore him" and refused to answer my requests over the phone for someone to speak to. I eventually had to go to the shop direct where they had stated they had already processed a refund with no apology or acceptance of fault for the wasted time. This is a disgusting attitude to customer service for a delivery chain and I would never bother with this store again.

   Ordered Pizza via the app. Given a delivery time but the order was cancelled due to lack of staff but no one called or emailed to say this. We have always been contacted in past if there was an issue. Very poor service as I now have to wait 3 working days for a refund

   How do you make a customer for life? You manage the team at Dominos Clevedon store. I placed a large order worth over £50 few days back. Pizza tracker got stuck in 'quality control' stage for an hour. I made a call and it was explained to me that food wasn't ready and there's a delay. After that the team leader told me they will be sending my food asap AND the full refund will be processed.. I mean, it doesn't get any better than this. Really pleased.
