   We visited The Farmhouse in Yate for a festive booking and couldn’t fault it. The food was excellent, generous portions, really well cooked, and exactly what you want from a festive menu. What really made the visit though was the team. Everyone was friendly, organised, and genuinely welcoming, even with the place being busy. Nothing felt rushed and they made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A great atmosphere, great food, and a brilliant team. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to anyone booking a festive meal.

   Lovely Christmas meal at the farmhouse, food was delicious and served in a timely manner, all of the staff were amazing and ever so friendly. I haven’t been in for a while - the decor is incredible!! Really beautiful wall paper and lighting - bathrooms and much better!!

   We drove from Swindon to the Farmhouse in Bristol to meet with our Granddaughter for dinner for her birthday and what a brilliant decision that was! We were greeted with a smile and offered a choice of seats that were all fine with our dog to be at. Ordered our food via the app, our drinks were brought over and we were offered a bowl of water for Barney along with treats! The chef came out to discuss our order and when we would like things brought out, lovely man a really attentive. All of our food was beautiful! Piping hot and cooked perfectly. We had a sharer starter and then a burger, fish & chips and chips, salt and chilli chicken and chips. Each meal was perfectly cooked and we all came away stuffed! But sad we had no room for pudding! The best pub meal we've had in a long time. Will definitely be back.

   This pub had a really welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and kind. We got the wrong order, but it was sorted out straight away, and the lady apologised profusely. We also got a complimentary cocktail at the end.

   Ordered 2 Sunday roasts , consisted of Beef, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, swede, sprouts, peas, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding. Perfectly edible, I would have preferred wider choice of veg but was a decent meal fir the price. Bar staff friendly, thanks to the chefs x

   Went for a meal with some friends and everything was fine to start with. I got my meal garlic bread was hard and the chicken was dry. One of my friends had their starter and their 2 kids had got their food which was fine it wasn't until we waited an hour to find out my other friend's 13-month-old food wasn't coming as they didn't have any rice, pasta, or veg. It had been an hour and a half and still no sign of anyone else's main. Got a refund for the food we didn't get. Really disappointed as I have had some good meals before.

   Brilliant. Had 2 meals from the senior menu. Cooked perfectly. Soup to start which was nice and hot followed by all day breakfast. Fantastic value for money. I don't understand how they can do it at the price charged. We were served by Grace who was very kind, polite and attentive. Would certainly recommend and would come back again.

   Rubbish, thought as this is a Green king pub, and we have one where we live and have never been disappointed with there food, we thought we would try this pub, No thanks, very very disappointed, the only good bit was the roast Turkey, the rest wasn’t worth the order, roast potatoes that looked like don’t know what, they brought us fresh ones , then told us they are done in the deep fat fryer !! Dinner was cold and tasteless, to compensate they have given us a free sweet waiting to see what that’s like. Verdict don’t bother until they re place their shef cook .
