   I brought two sandwiches (one with sauce one without) for me and my boyfriend and was given the wrong sandwich by a sandwich artist named "Chandra". I only found out when I got back home, it was a waste of £14.78 because it was disgusting. It only gets 2 stars for food because my boyfriend liked his sandwich.

   First time leaving a negative review for anything. Absolutely awful experience here yesterday in every way possible. It’s very unclear where you need to place your order, after standing in front of the counter for over 15 minutes along with other customers (whilst waiting for a delivery driver coming in and out collecting) I was told I was stood in the wrong place along with everyone else stood behind me - they had seen us standing there for a while, no idea why nothing was mentioned earlier, possibly just too busy with their delivery service. When I ended up getting served there was no apology for the wait and the lady who served me seemed as irritated as myself. The member of staff who went to take my payment had very poor English and could not understand when I queried why I was being over charged for my food, after several attempts of me trying to explain this, it was eventually rectified by a different staff member who had jumped in to help. I waited a further 10 minutes for my food which was a very basic order. I went to fill my drink from the drinks dispenser machine and to my horror found three FLIES floating in the top of my cup after filling it. I was given a new cup and this was bizarrely seen as dealt with and acceptable. Absolutely disgusting and again, no apology at all. Having already spent close to 35 minutes from having entered, I didn’t have the time or energy to take this any further but honestly would not set foot back in here EVER. Clearer signage needed as to where you need to place your order, having looked at previous reviews that mention the screens to order food, not one of the machines were on or working, unsure if this was intentional or not but a simple ‘order here’ sign under the right side of the counter would suffice to avoid confusion and delays. To top it all off, when unpackaging my order it literally looked like it could have been made better by a 12 year old, chucked together, cold (ordered it toasted), dry and falling apart. Do yourself a favour, AVOID and go literally anywhere else.

   Used to be brilliant and I would take my 3 kids there regularly. Unfortunately it's been changed to screens which means i can't see how fresh things look before asking for it (especially the salad). The whole point of going somewhere to have a sub stuffed for you and not prepackaged is to have a look, ask for a bit more or less of one type of salad as they're doing it. Ask for half one sauce and half another etc. One of my children is Autistic and asks for just cheese in a box! I have to explain this unusual request and they were always understanding and lovely. The whole point of subway was personalisation for us and now there's absolutely no point. We could go anywhere and buy a ready made packaged sandwich/baguette/salad. This customer won't be back.

   Staff are excellent, but there has been a move to replace them with computers (like McDs). What a nightmare! And used to enjoy the chat with the staff taking/prepping your order. Plus everyone struggled with them, and even the staff member gave up and put my order through the till. Kudos to them though as they were excellent with their customer service. Also the staff now have to shout out across the restaurant any queries, and they don't know who to shout to as they didn't serve them. In short People>Screens!

   I am almost certain my food was tampered with, I received 4 of 5 cheese bites that one was in half and they were very undercooked. The sub had been microwaved for too long or something, the bread was hard and ingredients slopped inside. I have food poisoning and a doctors appointment for tomorrow is booked. I have reported this to Uber, I will never order from here again. If this wasn’t a targeted attack, which I believe it was, you need to check your staff. I have never complained like this before. I am disgusted.

   I visited this store today and the poor girl called Jess was on her own dealing with 2 Uber eats orders while she had a queue of 3 people, I was at the front of the queue and was waiting for 15-20 minutes before she could serve me, this was no fault of her own and in a bad situation she made did the best she possibly could. She was very friendly and very apologetic. I could hear people in the back of house who could have come out to help Jess.

   Really disappointed, probably the worst subway I’ve ever had! Slow service, terribly wrapped meaning half the filling fell out by the time we got home. the wrong sauce put was put on the kids pizza making it too spicy and got given the hot Doritos in error! Needs a real overhaul before this one ends up closing down again
