   Ordered our food on the digital menu board which seems to be the thing if you visit a fast food outlet, to be honest i dont really mind as you can take your time to choose what you want. Maybe it was because this place was about to close in 30 minutes or so that our food was stone cold...I can only imagine if it was hot it would have tasted better. Should have taken it back but could not be bothered. May try again at an earlier time to see if its any better.

   Never had a bad experience untill now. Pink chicken . On 2 seperate kebabs . Spoke to store and got told to request a refund from just eat. So that's it. Nah . People should know. Edit... the manager of the store and the head office both called me . They offered to refund the meal and redo it all again . I went into the store for a refund as just eat are a nightmare to deal with. They refunded it and offered food upto the same value . The manager of the store was great. Ive went from not wanting to go back to making plans to go back. The instore staff were brilliant.

   We got takeaway, I got the kebab sauce, chips and salad. Service was good, place was very quiet inside, but I enjoyed the food. At first thought the box makes it look small but it is perfect. I found it difficult to find the road to drive to get here, ended up driving up the main street.

   It was my first time in Hamilton and it was wonderful. Good place to stop by. Good environment and very open space to sit. View from sitting is great. I ordered one Box with chicken and it arrives in time . It was perfect and hot. Quality was great . Chicken was amazing and enough portion for one person.Their staff was friendly and keep asking if i need anything. Impressed with service and Food. Looking forward to visit again. ✌️

   Hugely underwhelming experience. The restaurant itself looks very nice however, our experience went rapidly downhill shortly after entering. Firstly the counter staff were unaware of an offer we had queried and had to check with various colleagues. Whilst waiting for our food, we were offered 2 other tables meals before being brought one of ours. Lengthy delays in between other food being brought meant the first person was finished eating before the other 2 had even received their food. We also watched while a waitress wandered the restaurant with food, which turned out to be one of ours, despite being the same waitress who brought the previous meal. At absolute best, the food could be described as luke warm. One item was sent back with no heat in it and staff advised they didn't have a microwave to reheat. Given this was their response, we sought a refund. Another item was sent back after being incorrect and cutlery was missing g for dishes that required some. I gave it 2 stars because what lukewarm food which was correct actually tasted pleasant. On tonight's experience, I wouldn't consider returning.

   Service was awful, waited our food too long and few times they give us wrong food. Usually I'm not that person who complain, but that time I think I should. Food was cold, meat was dry and looks like from yesterday kebab, don't add extra sauce, they don't put any at all. We have to ask 3 times about our drinks, and finally we've got them when we nearly finished our food.. There was about 6 waitresses, but more than half were standing and do nothing. Disappointed. I tried to do best photo of that.

   Quality of kebab was outstanding. Puts your run of the mill takeaways to shame. The staff were warm & welcoming and look after you well. The restaurant itself is brilliant, especially the lighting. Great addition to Hamilton.
