Matt is so calming, patient, and great at explaining everything from the process to aftercare. I felt completely at ease the whole time when having my conch pierced, and it’s healed better than any piercing I’ve had before. The jewellery I got from him is gorgeous too- I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I took my daughter to Matt after a bad experience elsewhere. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so kind and gentle with my daughter and extremely patient. Everything was explained to us so clearly and he is very knowledgeable. We felt completely at ease and his studio is extremely clean and you can tell that Matt has a real passion for what he does. Amazing place, amazing staff. Went in really unsure of which piercing I wanted and after some discussion, Matt talked me through all the options and I went with this gorgeous double helix. It wasn't what I went in for but I'm so happy I got it. I think it looks amazing. Already thinking about what to have next!
