We had an amazing dining experience at Cinnamon in Keynsham, an upmarket Indian restaurant that really stands out for both its food and service. We visited on a Sunday evening and from the moment we arrived the welcome was warm, relaxed and professional, setting the tone for the rest of the night. The service was exemplary throughout. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to make recommendations. Everything arrived at a comfortable pace, allowing us to enjoy each course without feeling rushed, which made the evening feel like a genuine treat rather than just a meal out. The food was excellent from start to finish. I chose a Madras, which was full of deep, rich flavour with a proper heat that never overwhelmed the spices. It was perfectly balanced and clearly freshly prepared. My partner opted for a medium spiced dish, which was equally impressive β aromatic, well seasoned and beautifully cooked. Both dishes showcased a real attention to detail and a confidence in flavour that you would expect from a high quality Indian restaurant. The overall atmosphere was calm and refined, making it ideal for a relaxed evening meal. Cinnamon manages to feel upmarket without being intimidating, and it strikes a great balance between comfort and elegance. Portions were generous, presentation was attractive, and the quality easily justified the price. Overall, this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one we will happily repeat. Cinnamon is a real asset to Keynsham, offering fine Indian dining with excellent service and consistently high standards. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special night out or simply outstanding Indian food.

Simply incredible. The best Indian restaurant I've ever been too. Easily one of the best restaurants I've ever been to Extensive menu. Ami the Owner is a highly intelligent and experienced person who has expertly crafted a menu. Many vegan options to cater to all. Cosy and warm vibe inside. Price is brilliant and above all the Staff are exceptional in honesty, kindness and hospitality. I always make a point to bring all family and friends who visit to this restaurant and all of them insist on going back when they visit again. 10/10 cannot recommend enough. Best to collect or sit in in my experience. local Parking in town carpark nearby for those sitting in. Make sure to book as its popular!

We ordered through just eat last week and the completely wrong order was delivered, they rectified the issue by bringing us our order so we thought it might have been a one off. Ordered tonight as we had guests who were vegan. When the order arrived one vegan curry was not in the order and not even ticked off the receipt, we were missing multiple items in the order aswell. All of the dishes were Luke warm. My guest was also eating their korma which they were surprised with a rock in her bite which hurt her tooth and a few more pieces of rock. This is completely unacceptable and they need to look at their kitchen / delivery handovers. We will be advising others to avoid this place as they will just be met with disappointment.

Had a take away from here and it really wasnβt good. The mint sauce was sour and fizzy, so gone off. The curry and rice were cold and needed reheating. The tandoori prawns (pictured) were a complete rip off at Β£9! Such a shame as weβve really enjoyed the food when weβve eaten in the restaurant previously.

Service is really good here-- staff were very friendly and quick to serve us. The menu is good and they were flexible with us when we wanted some slightly off menu things! The value was pretty good. Poppadoms, a starter, main, naan, rice, and beer all came to around Β£30 each which is cracking value. Nice restaurant- quite a 'modern' feel. Gone a bit far though-- the lighting was weirdly dark. A woman on the table next to us got a torch out to read the menu. Overall delightful, and I'd come again if I was in the area.

We booked a table for 19:30 on a Saturday evening. We were kept waiting in the foyer until 19:55, when we were finally shown to our table. The seating was on cushions on benches around a large, but very cramped table. We got served drinks after about 20 minutes and food after an hour. The restaurant was very busy and very noisy, not helped by 'background music'' that was too loud. On the positive side, the staff were pleasant enough, just rushed off their feet and the food was very good. Overall though, it wasn't great and we wouldn't go back

Honestly hands down THE BEST takeaway and takeaway experience weβve ever had. Me and my boyfriend are vegetarian and vegan and they have so many amazing options. Not just vegetable curries, they have fake meat alternatives too and do a Vegan keema naan which tasted exactly how I remember meat ones tasting before I went vegan. When we got home from collecting we noticed we hadnβt received one of our portions of rice. After being in the restaurant and seeing how busy it was (shows how good is it), I must admit I wasnβt too hopeful about getting the portion/refund or even getting an answer if we called. However, when we called, we received an instant answer and was told theyβd send someone straight away with our rice and with a few extras for the inconvenience. We tried to say no itβs too much hassle but they insisted. It arrived within 15 minutes so we could still enjoy all our meal as well as the 2 extra side dishes they added. Writing this has now made me hungry for their food. It was just so so goood!

A friend and I went to get a late dinner, when we got there it was very busy but the all of the staff were still so lovely and didnβt let any of the stress affect their customer service. They were really nice and polite and were honest about waiting time, and suggested we get the order delivered instead of having to wait. Really lovely people

My wife and I visited for a sit-down dinner during a weekend away in Bristol/Bath. We'd picked this place specifically because of its vegan takes on Bangladeshi and BIR dishes, which is a first! It was so nice to be able to get a dairy-free naan! We hadn't booked a table but were glad to be seated quickly despite it being a busy Saturday night. The restaurant is quite unassuming, from the outside, and a nice place- to-be on the inside. It's quite cosy, and a little loud, but it didn't really bother us. Service was great. Plenty of smiles, and staff checking to see everything was good. The food exceeded expectations. We had veg bora, veg shingara, veg puree rolls, meatless kofta shredded ginger (curry), and meatless keema and ginger naan. Between the two of us, it was the perfect amount, and all of it was unreal. No compromises with the vegan options (and this is coming from a meat/fish eater). The final bill was very reasonable. All in all, I think this is a great progression of the traditional BIR establishments. Moving with the times/demand will help keep BIR alive in a time where it's slowly (unfortunately dying down). I've no doubt that the meat and fish dishes will be equally as good, and would happily return any time I'm in the area.

Very very busy! Went on a Saturday night so we expected it, we had a table booked. The food was delicious and the service was very fun and friendly. Due to it being quite small it was very loud but great if you're going out with a group of friends before a few drinks. Really enjoyed the food, plenty to choose from!
