   Visited yesterday with a friend . Ordered the breakfast and a cup of tea. Both breakfast were cold and the toast had only been lightly toasted on one side .. They were not excessively busy . People should expect at least a safe level of food and hygiene .. What added to a poor experience with a member of staff eating what looked liked a cake at the service counter and liking every finger in her mouth and carrying on with delivering food and another member wiping the floor where the dog bowl was and not washing her hands afterwards and continuing to serve customers .. Surprised to see another similar review six days ago about cold food so don’t think our complaint to the member of staff will change anything .. I l have visited a few times before with no issue but will not visit again . The staff were polite and helpful but need some guidance .. Money wasted .

   Had a fabulous Latte here, not bitter as some coffees can be. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Will defo come back for more and reasonably priced.

   Very disappointed ☹️ I went Tuesday with my daughter and my mother in law for lunch and the food was nice and warm but the coffees were almost cold. I use the high chair for my daughter to eat and all of them they were very very dirty. I also had to use the toilet to change my daughter nappy and the toilet was dirty too. I do not recommend this place

   Had a rather large family gathering for breakfast and managed to find a table in this popular coffee shop. The staff were really helpful and very patient as we ordered. The food was very good and they catered for gluten free and vegan. We will definitely meet up there again for breakfast very soon.

   We attended Quiz night which was full and great fun. Staff worked hard to keep drinks and food delivered from behind scenes. The beef burger I had was the best I have had in some time! Simple ..just a nice bun, burger, tomato lettuce chips and coleslaw. But the thickness and quality of the meat was excellent. No fuss, not expensive but a really tasty burger. Well done Grounded!

   Lovely to see Art on the walls for sale and very reasonable priced. Really gives the place its own individuality amongst the high street. Again lovely coffee just a little lacking in places

   Amazing food every time and great service! The manager is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. Also is really helpful when it comes to dairy free options! The best cafe in Keynsham!
