   Good food.. good service.. not much to complain but had far better expectations.. Expected something exclusive.. The chicken wings are okish.. but better in other places . Chicken burger is good.. not disappointing but nothing great as well.. The prices are slightly on the higher side.. considering the review and name of restaurants, I maybhave had too high expectations and somehow it didn't reach that level..

   Visited with wife in November 2025. Overall had a very good experience, food was spot on, staff friendly, good atmosphere. The order on tablet worked well, with options to customize food, add/remove items. Wife had beef burger and I had panko chicken burger, we both enjoy our food and will likely visit again.

   Nice welcome. Fast service. Limited but adequate menu. They do burgers and they do them well. 4 stars as vege burger was not very hot and the ordering was incorrect. Clean tables friendly staff, will revisit.

   We visited GBK at Cribbs Causeway for a late Saturday lunch around 1:30 PM and were surprised to see it still quite busy at that time. After a short 10–15 minute wait, we were seated and able to place our order straight away, having had time to decide while waiting. Unfortunately, our food took around 30–35 minutes to arrive, which felt even longer when we noticed nearby tables who ordered after us being served first. This understandably made the wait more frustrating. The food, service, and pricing were all okay — nothing particularly stood out, but nothing was bad either. Overall, while it wasn’t a terrible experience, it didn’t leave a strong impression, and we’re unlikely to return.

   So you scan the QR code and order via your phone. Had a Chicken burger, a Cheeseburger done medium rare, fries, coke and a vanilla shake. The chicken was very juicy and not overcooked. The burger was cooked perfectly also. Service was fine and the restaurant was very clean.

   The burgers here are absolutely fabulous, the texture is just like they are homemade. They are cooked to your likeness served piping hot . The were the some of the best burgers we've ever eaten. They even serve chunky fries much better than the limp skinny ones. I had the refillable lemonade it had fresh mint , wedge of lime , ice cold and very refreshing . Will return.

   Quiet midweek chicken pesto burger. Halloumi starter and bottomless still lemonade. Wanted a quiet-ish venue for a catch-up for two of us, and a table big enough to share some documents. GBK staff polite and attentive. Food cooked to perfection and table service for the lemonade top ups in demand. Lower score for atmosphere as there were only two of us for last hour before closing and so cannot say how good it would be if busy.

   I recently tried Gourmet Burger Kitchen and I must say that it was a great experience! The burgers were cooked to perfection and the toppings were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual but still had a touch of sophistication. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Gourmet Burger Kitchen to anyone looking for a delicious burger experience.

   Burgers are very tasty, one of the best I have had. Burger breads are good quality. Service was good but I had to wait 40 mins for my order but place is busy around lunch time maybe that's why.. Staff is kind and hard working.. If they can serv the orders a little bit faster it could be better, also would help them as people wait to be seated in front of the place..
