   My boyfriend walked past this place many times and decided for himself that it was going to be amazing before even stepping foot in there. Always full of happy people eating yummy looking food. And boy, was he right! The waiter was such a lovely, funny man.... and the food was unreal!!!! Talked about it all night and even the next day! Walking out of there we were already planning our next visit! Cant wait to go back and eat their yummy food again!!

   I recently visited Eastern Taste in Bristol, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience for a foody like me. I tried the prawn puri, chicken pakora, dal, lamb naga chili, milk tea, and sweet lassi, and every dish was full of flavour. They do an amazing job with spice levels. I like my food flavourful and overwhelmingly hot, and they customised everything exactly the way I wanted. The lamb naga chili had the perfect kick, and the dal was warm and comforting. Their mint chutney is honestly the absolute showstopper. Sweet, tangy and so delicious that I kept reaching for more. On top of the great food, their welcoming behaviour really stood out. The staffs were kind, attentive and made me feel genuinely cared for, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, Eastern Spice has definitely become one of the restaurant visiting repeatedly in Bristol. Highly recommended for both the food and the hospitality!

   Only positive was the price. Got the chicken tikka Balti and it tasted of nothing at all. Food was bland and lukewarm. Pilau rice tasted very plain. The naan was okay. Incredibly bland food, the kind of curry you’d made for your fussy 8 year old who your trying to eat something other than chips. Feels like a waste of money.
