   I placed my order on the kiosk, it confirmed the payment, and I waited over 10 minutes with no update. When I asked at the counter, I was told the kiosk wasn’t working — even though staff already knew this — yet they still let customers place orders on it without warning. I had to order again at the till, and later discovered two transactions for the same amount had been taken. I was given an incorrect number to call, and when I phoned, I felt like I wasn’t being believed. Even after sending screenshots showing both payments, I am now left chasing a refund for an error that wasn’t mine. Very poor communication and customer service. This needs to be fixed so other customers aren’t put through the same inconvenience.

   £12.50 for a shawarma meal with water the water was kids size 330ml which I have never seen in an adult meal hardly any meat was mostly bread tasted good plenty of sauce but not value for money and extremely disappointed with a kids size drink with an adult meal. Won’t be back wished I had waited for yayas. Also was full of school kids must do a decent kids meal

   Food was fresh and full of flavour. Sauces were lovely! Good value for money. Service was good, very friendly and chatty. All tables were cleaned well. Sundae's were delicious although wish they had a smaller size as couldn't finish it all.

   We came to silverburn in the hopes of coming to Doner Haus as the one in Glasgow city centre has closed. We were apprehensive after seeing that the company has rebranded, but we are very pleasantly surprised. The menu is quite different to the original Haus’, but the food is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend if you miss doner haus.

   Had high expectations from this place. Donner meat was very dry, bread was ordinary, and sauces had no taste. The quality of meat didn't feel good, too.

   The staff were friendly which is always a bonus. The food is tasty but I find nothing original about this place. The reasons why I gave a low raring: 1. The bottle of water I ordered is barely a bottle but a small bottle for the price of a whole one. Enough for a child. 2. No napkins presented with my meal, what do I wipe my hands on? 3. The sauces I ordered were stingy and unequal portions so I got more of one sauce. Overall I would not return here. It’s a knockoff version of German Doner Kebab and that is the OG of Doner compared to this place.

   Had a meal here last week with my kids and the food was amazing! My LO hasn’t stopped talking about since. Food was really fresh, healthy and tasted amazing! Milkshakes are awesome. We will definitely be back to try more of the many options on the menu.

   Came here on a Friday evening and it was quite busy. Plenty of seating inside and the queue moved swiftly. Food was okay, nothing amazing (in my opinion) but not terrible either. Plenty of chips with the meals. Staff were friendly and service was excellent.
