   The food was great, but I gave a 2/5 because of the atmosphere and service. The whole restaurant really needs a deep clean – it was filthy, and the see through hot food counter was covered in grease and grime, making it hard to even see what was on offer. The place itself could do with a serious upgrade to feel more inviting; at the moment, it felt more like walking into a GP surgery from the 70s. I get that the street outside isn’t owned by the restaurant, but the entrance was also very dirty, which didn’t help first impressions. As for service, the staff could definitely improve their customer service skills. A simple smile or greeting costs nothing and would make a big difference. Food-wise, I had the £14 lamb shank with rice and salad. It was very tasty, but it would’ve been better served on one big tray. I was short on time and had to take it away, but because it was split into separate boxes it wasn’t easy to eat. Overall, I’d only go back if I was in the area, starving, and with no other options open. Serious work is needed on both renovations and service. 2/5 from me.

   Worst place to eat ever!! Terrible service and attitude towards customers!!! I ordered from this place several times and my experience was good …UNTIL they shown their true colours. The delivery driver stole my food! I have it all on camera .. half my meal was missing and the driver drove off after video the whole situation . I went to the restaurant to claim a refund as was promised over the phone to be met with threats of violence from security which I also have in video. There’s also reports of drug dealing to and from this place and other reviews suggest rats are running around the place. They have a massive ego problem and wouldn’t even replace my order which I paid for …I showed them the video of their driver stealing my food and they tried to shut me up as customers were there . Dodgey place . Terrible service Avoid !!!

   Staff is friendly and welcoming. Somalian halal food. Ample place for sit and dine inside. Good for families as well. For Asians food may be bit on the side of less flavor except the soup, which was delicious. but it was overall good and did not see any other better place for rice lovers in the area. No music played inside, which is good but did not see hmc halal certificate..

   Stopped by for dinner and my first time trying out Somali food. We had fried chickens and pilaf rice. The portion is enough for two. The meat was tender and the skin was 2 die 4!!!
